Year Purchased: 2003
I am a Chick-Fil-A franchisee in Upstate South Carolina. We have vacationed at Brigantine Quarters on Shipyard for the last 25 years. We love the fact that we are on a cul-de-sac because it provides us with a safe place for our children to play and to ride their bikes. We are located on a lagoon and have a screened porch off of the master bdr. We especially enjoy being close to the pools and tennis courts.
We are the only regime on Shipyard with our own private gate to the beach. It is a short 5 minute walk. Our condo is shaded by large oaks and pines. We have a playground for small children, and our complex is well cared for by our management company. Our unit was remodeled last spring.
Why the Owner Chose Brigantine Quarters
We chose to buy at Brigantine Quarters because it is quiet, close to the beach, and well cared for. There are no high rise condos around us. This is very family oriented.
