This two bedroom, two bath Condo is located on a canal right across the street from the beach and Gulf of Mexico. It was recently remodeled and redecorated. It is close to Olde Naples, 3rd Street and 5th Avenue shopping areas and numerous restaurants. Naples is ideal for biking. The streets are mostly flat and all have a bike lane. Kingsport is a small condominium, less than 40 units. It is very well maintained, the pool is great and the private beach entrance makes it especially desirable.
There is a 90 day rental minimum. At least one renter must be 55 years of age. This is a 55+ community.

- Our unit was completely remodeled during the summer of 2008. Although Kingsport is on the canal, beach access is right across the street at the private Moorings Park. However, both the Gulf and Canal can be viewed from the unit. The building sits directly on the canal and the pool faces the canal. Boat docks may be available for rental but not guaranteed. The building amenities include a social room, exercise room and WIFI access. The building manager is on site during the day.

Why the Owner Chose Moorings
We have found Naples to be one of the unique spots in the United States and have now made it our permanent residence. The beaches, the restaurants, cultural activities and the shopping are nicer than anywhere we have traveled. We purchased this condo with two couples as they hope to relocate to Naples and this condo when they retire. To look at the canal and boating and walk across to the beach are outstanding.

Many residents meet for refreshments and to socialize around the pool at 5:30 evenings.

The three couples have known each other for over 30 years and have traveled to many spots together. With our joint love for Naples, we decided that we would invest in a condo that would allow our families to visit as well.
