Escape with your family and friends to Hilton Head to enjoy the island's natural preserved beauty and immerse yourself into the delightful climate while taking advantage of a unique blend of recreational and cultural activities. This updated condo is on the top floor in the lovely Xanadu complex in a quiet, secured building with easy elevator access. The condo was totally renovated in the past few years with new furnishings and professional decorating, as well as a complete modernization including granite countertops, travertine tile floors, new carpeting and stainless steel appliances. The entire building and grounds also underwent a massive multi-million dollar renovation, making it a peaceful, tropical, luxurious setting.
Relax on one of the two private balconies with views of palm trees and gardens. The three bedrooms consist of a master with a king bed, a queen bedroom and a twin bedroom. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living area and two and a half baths. The kitchen is fully equipped and upscale linens are provided. The villa is a short walk across the street to Hilton Head Island’s top-rated beach with miles of ivory sand.
The beauty of the location is its proximity to the beach and its walking distance to Coligny Plaza’s quaint shopping, various restaurants, entertainment, and amenities. Xanadu is an attractive, gated complex with a pool, tennis courts, a charcoal grill picnic area, and private parking. There are miles of meandering trails to bike or jog, and biking is even allowed on the beach. Nearby are world-class golf courses and tennis centers, as well as a multitude of other water sport options. The island offers great shopping, superb dining, and various events throughout the year. You can therefore either enjoy the quiet of Xanadu, 'an idyllic place', or choose your activity.
Please note that we have recently upgraded the televisions in our condo, plus added one so that all bedrooms now have tvs. We have also installed wireless internet capability.

Two night minimum stay, $200 security deposit and $100 cleaning fee are required.

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo. Everything was exactly as described. Great location for walking to beach or to restaurants and activities at Coligny. Pool and grill area were very convenient. We would definitely return.

We just got back from our stay at the Xanadu condo and we had a great time. The condo was very clean and bug free which was very important to us. Each bedroom has a tv plus the big screen in the living room. The bedrooms were close to each other but with the solid walls we never heard each other or the tv's when they were on. The location was perfect since we were across the street from the beach and right around the corner from Coligny Cirlce. The owner was easy to work with and the property manager was always ready to help if needed. I would recommend it to anyone.

I stayed in the villa for a week with several girlfriends in search of a relaxing vacation. The property was just as the pictures show. It was very spacious and had everything we could need. I loved being steps to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. I can't wait to return for another visit!!

When we arrived, we were amazed to see how well decorated this condo was! We also were happy that the beach was very close by (across the street). The owners were easy to get a hold of as was the property manager. We would consider this rental again in the future and highly recommend this for any body.

The property was great but I had an issue with the security deposit return. A cursory review of the property by the property management was done and damage to tiles on the kitchen floor was not noted. Also he failed to give me a second key and I was accused of losing it. I lost my deposit. I would recomend a review with the property manager prior to moving in.
Owner response:Unfortunately, this has been our only renter with issues warranting keeping the security deposit. We try hard to make our condo comfortable and appealing, and work to keep our renters happy. We hold our property manager in the highest regard and he or his inspector thoroughly checks the unit between each renter. We truly regret our need to keep this gentleman’s security deposit.

We enjoyed our experience and the accommodations were great. Close to everything and yet still quiet and peaceful. I would recommend this place to anyone. The pool was smaller than expected and disappointed that the laundry facilities were not inside the condo themselves. Ran into some difficulty with people coming from other floors to do their laundry.
Owner response:We are thrilled that so many renters have had the same good experiences. We have realized that we do need to clarify that the laundry facilities are just outside the condo in the hallway. However, the Xanadu complex is small and usually there is plenty of opportunity to do laundry. Hopefully the incident of people coming from other floors was a one-time occurrence.
