PLAY THERAPY is located in award-winning Seaside, on Scenic 30A with spectacular ocean views and sounds! And you are just steps from a beach pavilion providing beach access.
Each of the three bedrooms has two sets of French doors opening onto decks. There you will find table and chairs for outside dining, reading, or game playing. If you want, simply relax and give in to the Gulf breezes and music.
On the main level, there is a screened porch with rockers, table and chairs, and a swing. Everyone walks or rides bikes here. There are bike and walking paths galore.
The town center has award-winning restaurants and unique gift shops. Seaside hosts Spring and Fall wine festivals.
The tower room comes complete with a view of the Gulf, loveseat, and game table and chairs. Main floor bedroom has a king-size bed; upstairs there is one king-size and one queen-size bedroom. There is also one full-size futon and a day bed in the upstairs sitting areas, as well as an additional television.
If you have never experienced the Gulf's spun sugar sand, you are in for a treat! If you do not have to work around school-age children's schedules, Spring and Fall are absolutely the best times to visit! If your needs call for four bedrooms, the adjacent 1/BR/1/BA (see photo) can be rented in tandem with Play Therapy, or it can be rented individually for $225/ni, 3 night min.
