* 50% deposit required on booking (refundable if cancelled >60 days prior
to arrival.) $300 security deposit by separate check.
* Final 50% payment due 60 days before arrival.
* NO REFUNDS when cancelled less than 60 days prior to arrival.

Cleaning fee is $250 per stay
