You can boat on your own boat, kayak or canoe from the Harbor Marina. It is amazing the caliber of people who choose Pelican cove. The social and intellectual stimulation of this place, especially the onsite availbility of Pelican Cove University, is not found in normal Condo settings. Pelican Cove has many species of exotic trees and plants; flowers blooming daily. You will enjoy lush foliage views from your lanai.

50% deposit due at lease signing with balance due prior to arrival.
