We loved staying in your condo, and liked the more casual atmosphere of Navarre compared to the Sandestin area. My sister and her husband stayed with us three days and it was a perfect fit. The separation of bedrooms/bathrooms is perfect for two couples. Your kitchen was outfitted great - everything we needed and more. Your rental office folks were very helpful and friendly. (ps. This "penthouse" is not the top floor - it is one floor below - so don't be surprised.)

Wonderful Navarre Beach Condo

The pictures of the condo do not fully show how comfortable and updated that the condo is. The property was immaculate and well maintained. vlcI did enjoy the view .. it was spectacular. We saw sea turtles, rays, and a dolphin from our balcony. Sunrise and sunset were beautiful.. The owner really explained so much in her email to me and was wonderful and easy to talk with... I would definitely return to the same unit for vacation again.

To sum it up....awesome! Once Tropical Storm Debby blew down the coast the week was gorgeous, loved being able to look out from balcony and see the beauty God allowed us to see. I could've slept on the beach if my family would've let me, ha! Want to go back to see the things we didn't get to this trip. Thank you for sharing this spot with us!

We, inlcuding our three young kids, absolutely LOVED the condo and we had a wonderful time. The view from the condo was breathtaking... literally made my heart skip a beat to look over the railing. The condo was very clean and beautiful. Loved how the kitchen was stocked full of cooking utensils and loved the ice maker. The manager in the office was sweet and accommodating and the office bathrooms were very pretty, clean, convenient and we used them often. The elevators were nice and fast. I loved their added security in requiring a code for each floor. I enjoyed being within walking distance to the fishing pier which was great for watching dolphins, sea turtles and sting rays. Most of all Karen was great to deal with... she answered all my questions promptly and accurately. We would love to come back and I would recommend it to anyone.

Perfect Spring Get Away

Staying in this condo was the perfect (and much needed) get-away for my family this Spring Break. My oldest son celebrated his 9th birthday at the condo. The rooms were beautifully furnished and the mattress in the master suite was super comfy!! We were lucky to have beautiful weather for most of our stay, but even on foggy mornings, the views were gorgeous from the 17th floor! If you rent this room, be sure to leave your beach chairs and umbrellas at home - this condo has plenty to choose from! The check-in process went very smoothly and they were even able to get us checked in a little early (We are super grateful - after traveling 10 hours with 3 kids, we needed to unwind and stretch out). This was our second trip to Navarre Beach, but our first in this condo. We have fallen in love the laid-back island and can't wait to return next year! Great for families with young children... this is not a party town. :)

My wife and I had a beautiful time at Beach Colony this weekend. Besides some dreary weather, we had a great time. The property was listed appropriately, photos were accurate and grounds were nice. To be picky, when you turn the jets on in the tub, mildew chunks came out. Not the end of the world, but a little gross for such a nice bathroom. Thanks Karen for such a nice birthday for my wife!.

If you are looking for a luxury get-away, this is a perfect choice! I'm half way through my stay and I'll absolutely be back. This condo is spacious and beautifully decorated, everything is in great working order and the balcony is huge. I love seeing the sun rise while still in bed and also watching the sweeping pink, orange and blue sunset from the balcony in the evening. 5 STARS!

Best place to stay on Navarre Beach. The condo is beautiful and immaculate, the view is magnificant, the soft white fragrant towels are wonderful, the clear ocean bottom shows all the sting rays and sea life in the water from the 17th floor, the sun rise is fabulous, you're right next to the pier and the people are so friendly! Can you ask for more!

We've been vacationing in the Destin area for the past 13 years, but this was our first time at Navarre Beach. My husband rented Karen's condo to celebrate my 50th birthday. Awesome husband, right? The condo is very, very lovely - and it sports a stunning view from the living room, master bedroom, & master bathroom. We enjoyed the sunrise every morning. We felt "at home" in the condo - the decor was very much to our taste & so much nicer than most other condos we've rented in the past. The master shower is spectacular! The balcony is absolutely wonderful for relaxing. We didn't even have to go down to the beach in order to enjoy the ocean! The little touches were appreciated - the beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler, binder with info on places to eat & things to do, batteries in all of the remotes. Since we flew to Pensacola, we were unable to bring any of those things with us and it was wonderful to find it all there in the condo. There were also a lot of paperback book puzzles, & games. And one of the things we appreciated the most? A fan for the bedroom! We love white noise for sleeping & often have to do without when we fly. You can tell a lot of thought went into making the condo a perfect vacation home. Just a little local info - we really enjoyed Guglielmo's (Italian), The Beach Monkey, the bar & grill at the Pier, & the cinnamon rolls at the Sailor's Grill. We hated the pizza from Vinnie R's and the eggs & potatoes at the Sailor's Grill. Traveling to the Destin area, our favorite places were - Harborwalk (loved Harry T's) and Baytowne Wharf (loved Another Broken Egg Cafe). There is just so much to do at both places!

Karen, What a wonderful time we had in Florida and in your unit. Despite Tropical Storm Lee, we had an amazing time and being in your unit was a truly wonderful experience. We felt right at home and there was not a thing we were missing. We have rented other units in Navarre Beach and you provide so much more for your guests that others do and we thank you for that. The staff that take care of the towers was so friendly and very helpful, always around for us. If there are others not sure whether to rent your unit or not, I would tell them do not hestiate...just do not book our time :o) Clements Family from St Louis MO

Words cannot describe the memories we made at this unit. The condo had everything and the views were priceless. Karen was absolutely wonderful to work with and we even consider her a friend. We had a wonderful time in this beautiful condo. We were a little nervous because it was up so high and we have a 4 & 7 year old, but the balcony was perfectly safe and we loved the views! The ocean was warm and clear, the sand was soft and sugary and the pool was huge and sparkling clean. The condo was bright, clean and well appointed. The beds were comfortable and we really liked that you could be a part of the ocean from just about every room! The area of Navarre and Navarre Beach we really enjoyed as well. The people were friendly. We will definitely go again. Thank you Karen!

We just arrived back from a wonderful stay at this beautiful condo. The view from inside is outstanding. You really couldn't ask for a better place on the beach even if you tried. The condo is beautiful inside and it looks and feels as nice as a 5 star hotel. The building, pool, and walkways are all very well planned. I must say that the people who stay in this particular condo building are quite friendly. We definitely plan to come back to this particular condo.

Three simple Letters....WOW!

My husband and I stayed at this amazing condo for our honeymoon. We expected the place to be great and of course were happy with everything. We got so spoiled on how great this room is. We actually went to Destin about a month later we compared everything to Karen's home. This condo was everything and more! Roger and I took for granted all of the little things that Karen had done. When we went to Destin we expected this immaculate condo just as Karen's and it was not comparable at all! Karen makes sure the little things are taken care of. Parking was better, there were batteries in the remotes, the seats were comfortable, you could sleep in the bed all day, I can't even begin to explain in words how amazing the view was, it really does feel like home considering the beautiful tile, if it rains you are stocked with puzzles and games, and she even has NUMEROUS boogie boards, goggles, umbrella, and chairs. Since Roger and I were on our honeymoon we did want to do some more "busy" things, that Navarre didn't actually have. But we were so shocked to find a binder FULL of places very close that we could go. We ended up going to Fort Walton and Destin, and the drive was not bad at all. I'd like to consider Karen's home as a second home. It is by far the best vacation I have ever been on. There were just 2 of us so we didn't occupy the entire condo but even for 2 people it was perfect. I believe Karen has put much thought and effort into making her place yours. We could not have asked for more, Thank you so much Karen, and I can't wait to come back!

Best family vacation ever!

Our family of five from South Dakota spent a week at Karen's condo May 21 - 28, 2011 and this was the best vacation we have been on! It is absolutely beautiful and the view is priceless and must be the best on Navarre Beach! We were so blessed when we walked into the condo and saw how beautifully she had decorated and also all the wonderful amenities. This is truly a home away from home! The kitchen is stocked with every pot/pan/dish that you would need to cook any meal and even a spice rack! There was even a handy ice maker that was great for filling our cooler for the beach. My husband and I enjoyed waking up early (while our 3 teenage boys were still sleeping ;) and drinking our coffee on the beautiful deck together with amazing views of the ocean...absolutely breathtaking! We saw dolphins numerous times in the morning and at night we went looking for crabs on the beach. The swimming pool is very big and was never over crowded at all. A couple days we went to Pensacola and Destin to take in some para sailing and jet skiing but they are just a short drive from the condo. Karen was such a pleasure to work with and was very helpful in answering any questions we had. Most definitely the most enjoyable and relaxing vacation we have been on and it's a refreshing change of pace from the busy amusement parks! We were so happy with the condo, it was hard to leave but we hope to get back there to stay soon!

Amazing First Anniversary!

My wife and I just returned from the most amazing week of our lives. I cannot say enough good things about Karen and her amazing condo on Navarre. The condo was immaculate and was even more well stocked than our home! We really enjoyed the beach amenities that were provided. More beach chairs than we could count, beach umbrellas and much, much more! Everything that you would need for a day at the beach is provided. The view was perhaps the best thing about the condo. It was amazing waking up to the sunrise each morning and the awesome view from the penthouse. The view was also great from the awesome shower! We stayed in another condo at beach colony last year and we both agreed that Karen's condo was far superior to the one we stayed in then. I could go on and on about how amazing everything was, but I will let you find out for yourself. Do not hesitate to contact Karen, she is amazing! Thanks so much for sharing your home with us Karen! We look forward to working with you again as we plan another trip for next year!

First understand Karen is an awesome owner to work with! Responsive, thorough and friendly. Not only a sweet kitchen w/granite tops but has more dishes and cooking utensils than any condo I've ever stayed in. All you need is the food! Plenty of room nice Plasma TV in Living room, books, puzzles and games and stuff for the beach on hand in unit to use. The decoration is as you see in photos and done nice! Not over the top and not cheesy cheap. Location on the 17th floor gives you great views of the sunrise and pier (The newly finished pier is awesome and the just finished open air pier bar is reasonable priced beer and burgers to kick back or play volleyball at). Beaches are all natural white sand are the best I've ever seen in the US. I could go on and on but it's best you go find out for yourself. So in short Beach Colony is a great place and Karen is a great owner. Stayed with my wife and two girls and hope to return soon.

This was our first visit to Navarre Beach. It was the best vacation! The condo is fabulous! Everything you expect and much more. Karen has made this place very cozy and comfortable. We felt very much at home during our stay. It is very nice that the owners of a rental include so many of their personal items for their guest to use. We didn't have to worry about renting beach chairs and umbrellas each day because they are so generouse to loan these items out to the guest. This place is the most beautiful spot on earth. Love,love,love it and we will be returning next spring break to stay at this condo. Thanks Karen.

Beautiful Views of Navarre Beach

I stayed here during Christams of 2010 for 11 days. This condo had one of the best views of Navarre Beach to the east. On a clear day you can see all the way to Ft. Walton Beach. The condo was very comfortable, and we used the large table to put together puzzles witht the kids. We brought our own puzzles, but there were plenty already in the cabinet. The bedrooms were nicely decorated, and the beds were very comforatable. Our family really enjoyed our stay. The balconies in these condos are the biggest on the entire beach. This one wraps around for a terrific view.

This condo is perfect in every way. Working with the owner was a real pleasure and the condo was everything she said it would be. The condo was very spacious and had every amenity you could possibly need. The view was so spectacular and the seating so comfortable that some days it was a treat to stay on the balcony of the condo and watch the dolphins play. Even though it is on the 17th floor the elevator was always there within minutes and the parking was very accessible. The people who manage and maintain the property were very helpful and friendly. In October the weather is perfect, the beaches and restaurants are not crowded and this condo is a real slice of heaven.

My wonderful vacation

My husband and me had a wonderful vacation in this penthouse it was absolutely beautiful and we will try to stay here again maybe next year. The kitchen had every thing you need, I usually bring a frying pan from home, this is the first time I never used it. The view is breath taking and we took plenty of pictures off the balcony. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable and we slept great..Karen was wonderful to work with and so the rest of the staff. See you next year..There is a park at the end of Gulf Blvd that is beautiful you have to go see this around 6:00 in the evening and take your camara we took great pictures there of the sun setting.

We have stayed at a number of "on the beach" condos over the years and this place ranks at the top! Overall, the building has been beautifully maintianed and the pool is pristine. When we entered the condo we found a wonderfully decorated space with a view that would take your breath away. The granite kitchen was fantastic - every utensil you have ever heard of was well organized in the drawers. A seperate ice maker was a huge bonus - such a help when loading coolers for the beach. The beach chairs and umbrella made our stay complete. Would we stay here again? We are planning our calendar around it!!

On the advice of a friend, my family and I vacationed with two other families in Navarre for the first time in 2009, staying on the sound side of the island. We fell in love with the area, as it reminds us of our other favorite Florida island, St. George Island, but with the convenience of being located within minutes of Pensacola, Ft. Walton Beach, and Destin. After just one visit, we knew we wanted to return soon. This year, though, I decided to investigate rentals on 30-A and almost booked one, but I felt the tug of Navarre and revamped my search. Since our family of three was traveling alone, I opted to search for a condo, a first for this boating family that also loves to cook. We had always believed staying in a condo would be inconvenient to our boating desires. Boy, were we wrong! The 17-floor views were mesmerizing and caused us to pull back from trying to create too many “must do” activities during our stay. Instead, we turned off the alarms, ate late breakfasts on the spacious balcony, and leisurely headed to the beach each day around 1:00 P.M, with the exception of the day we took the boat to Crab Island in Destin. Late afternoons were spent in and around the pool and evenings dining in Navarre, on the Ft. Walton Boardwalk, fishing on the sound side watching the glorious sunsets, or eating pizza from Helen Back on the balcony. Parking the boat and suburban was just a short walk from the unit in the parking lot adjacent to Juana Pagoda’s/Sailor’s Grill (we could see it from the balcony and the local police agreed to watch over it for us). Suffice it to say that we love Navarre and this unit in particular. The pictures, as others have said, do not do it justice. The views from the shower are glorious and create opportunities to melt sun-kissed muscles while enjoying the 20-mile views of the beach and emerald waters. Not all Beach Colony units have such views from the shower, nor do all offer upscale travertine finishes of East Tower 17-B. Our love for the area grew so much that we toured properties on the island, specifically in Beach Colony, for five hours the Saturday we departed. Unless we purchase a unit of our own soon, our family will gladly rent from the owner, Karen, again for as many years as she offers it for rental. She is a joy to work with and takes pride in the gorgeous condo she has created for other families to share. It is a blessing to all who rent from her that she allows families to share her piece of heaven in Navarre.

This is a magnificent condo, it truly has all and more than you can imagine. The view is the best of best! It is very roomy for oceanfront,well appointed decor, updated everything; easy to park and ride the elevator and a few steps to the door.Everyone associated with the building was very nice and Karen ,the owner,was like a best friend! We loved the way the living area had a huge angled window to allow viewing down the beach as well as the slide door to a huge porch in front. We enjoyed the Air Force and Navy Museums,as well as touring the area. There is alot to see and do. You will not Be disappointed!! We give it an A++!!!!

Working with Karen was fantastic...she took great care of us and was very attentive to our needs and our satisfaction was very important to her! Restaurants in the area provide great eating! All within a short driving distance. The views are incredible and you can't get much closer to the beautiful emerald waters! We definitely hope to visit again!

Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

A winter getaway for two. The condo is just as promised, even better. The master bath is beautiful. Karen, the owner, was delightful and the rental agency we dealt with was great too. The fitness room is not huge, but it has eliptical, a couple treadmills, total gym, bike and free weights. Love the covered parking! All in all, perfect.

My cousin and I spent 10 days in Navarre in this condo - we loved it! The pictures do not exaggerate how nice it is. The condo is right on the beach with a direct view of the gulf; the balcony is nice sized and perfect to sit out listening to the waves. We had a couple very small issues when we were there, and the staff was very quick to fix things for us - very friendly and helpful! I would highly recommend this condo!

We loved our vacation in your condo. The whole family had a great time. We were amazed by the beautiful views and the peace and quiet the condo offered. We will definitely be planning another vacation there in the future. This is one of the best places to visit in all of Florida. We had a wonderful, relaxing week. I was amazed at how loud the surf was. you could here it while laying in bed with the sliding door shut! We enjoyed the new pool and the beach. We saw fireworks from our balcony. One of the funnest excursion's we took was kayaking down a river up by Milton. I reccomend it for families looking for something to do. We also ate very well. Two of our favorites were seafood at Gilligan's and Flounder's. We would love to come back some time.

We loved it, it was even better than our expectations. Absolutely fabulous, oh, and now that the pool is open it will be heaven even on red flag days. We really feel blessed to have had the opportunity to enjoy it. The beach was beautiful and Navarre had enough to offer that we weren’t wanting for anything but didn’t have the headache of an overdeveloped beach town. The views from the living room and patio were spectacular, and made for a whole new way of enjoying our time there. The furnishings provided the perfect balance of style and comfort and the west end of the island was a great sunset picnic getaway. Believe me we will be recommending your condo to our friends and family.

I recently stayed in this condo and absolutely love it! My husband and I went with another couple and we all agreed this was one of the nicest places we've ever stayed. The condo was clean, view was unbelievable! We want to make a trip to Navarre an annual thing and this condo is a must! Highly recommend!

Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

October 18-22, 2008 What a beautiful place!! The pictures on the site can't compare to what you see just being there-17th floor with absoultely amazing views, sunrises, emerald waters, dolphins, no crowds, etc...the condo was great-wonderfully decorated, views in almost every room, and Karen is wonderful to work with. Karen: Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful "Piece of Heaven" with us. Each year my husband takes me to the beach for my birthday. We have been doing this for 20 years and we always come to the area of the Mircle Strip. Navarre Beach truly is the best kept secret as it the perfect place in the sun. But--what made it the vacation of a lifetime was your beautiful condo! We could not quit looking out at the water from all sections of you 17th floor unit. It was like being on a cruise right in your private house. I could barley get my husband out of there to enjoy the water and beach. We loved the large space, the furnishing, the balcony and most of al the view from the 17th Floor. We loved all of it!!!

This place is gorgeous! My daughter, her friend, and I spent a wonderful week at your condo, and had a great time. The view was spectacular, the beach was great, and the condo was absolutely beautiful. We hated to leave - I hope to come back some day.

We had a wonderful 4th of July week at Navarre Beach!!! The condo was beautiful and the view was absolutely spectacular. We have stayed in numerous places in Ft. Walton and Destin and this was by far the best place we have stayed. The condo was spacious and attractively decorated and the balcony was quite a bonus. Navarre is the best beach we have been to in the panhandle - quiet and not as crowded as Destin and Ft. Walton. We will definitely return because we didn't want to leave! Thanks for sharing it with us.

This was our second year in a row staying in this condo. I could not imagine wanting to stay anywhere else. I have been visiting Navarre for more than 30 years(young girl) and Navarre Beach is a very special place to me an now to my family as well. This condo was very spacious, comfortable and beautiful. Ms Shuleva is a joy to do business with. She truly wants people to feel at home. It is very generous of her and her fanily to allow others to experience this home away from home. We had a perfect view of a romantic wedding on the beach below our balcony at sunset on Friday evening before we left. The view is like no other. It is so peaceful!

I have spent my vacation in the Panama City/Destin/Navarre Beach area for the last forty plus years and I have not found a better place to stay than this condo. The view from the 17th floor is breath taking and the inside of the penthouse is just as beautiful. I would and have recommended this place to everyone. I intend to make this my regular vacation stop.

You have your condo decorated so nice and it felt like our 2nd home. It had everything that we needed to make our stay comfortable. The view from the 17th floor was magnificent. We took a lot of pictures to put in our photo album from the balcony. It was so enjoyable waking up and looking out over the ocean every morning. We saw dolphins from the balcony. WOW how cool is that? Thank you for a great time in your condo and for a great vacation.

We have gone to Navarre for over 13 years, and this one of our best vacations ever. The condo is beautiful, Karen is a pleasure to work with, and the views from almost every room of the condo were breathtaking to say the least. Navarre definitely has the most beautiful, unspoiled beaches around. We saw dolphins daily, a few sharks and stingrays, even a manatee. We will definitely be back. To use the words my 9 year old daughter left in the guest book, "We love this place, we don't want to leave."

The view is the best on the Gulf! It is the most relaxing place I have ever vacationed. Furnishing are fabulous, beach is beautiful and the quiet calm of Navarre will bring you back time and time again. we will be back soon.
