Our four bedroom Villa home has been lovingly decorated to truly provide you with a home away from home. Conveniently located within walking distance to all amenities, our comfortable Villa on Serenity Circle is aptly named. Relaxing on either level of the front double porch, you can watch the kids play a game of touch football in the park or simply kick back and enjoy the beautiful rows of roses and crepe myrtle trees.
Inside, you will find a professionally decorated home that is welcoming to both families and groups of golfers. Do you like to cook? We do, and our kitchen is well stocked to reflect that love. Just want a quick meal? Barbeque on the outdoor gas grill or head up to the Terrace Grille, our community gourmet restaurant.
Book a tee time and enjoy golf on the only private, members only, Jack Nicklaus course in Delaware. This is golf at its best. As one recent renter told us, they had "the course to themselves!" While you golf, the kids can head up to the freshwater wavepool with waterslides opening summer of 2007, or play basketball, tennis or volleyball. The adults only outdoor pool is your place to bask in the sun and warm breezes, sipping on a cool drink from the Grill. Leave your car in the driveway and take the community ferry to area beaches. Or, just enjoy our very own sandy beach overlooking the Indian River Bay. Go clamming, build a sandcastle or sit back on the adirondack chairs on the beach and watch to world go by!
Rainy days are no problem in this community. Enjoy our flat screen 50-inch High Def plasma TV with full Direct TV service (including premium channels and XM radio). Then head up to the Recreation Center and work out in our premier exercise facility. The kids can enjoy their own indoor recreation room with ping pong, foosball and daily activities. End your day with a dip in the indoor pool, relax in the jacuzzi, take a yoga class or indulge in the full range of massage therapy services available through the Calmwater Spa.
You never need to leave The Peninsula, but if you get the itch, there is plenty to do nearby. Located just miles from Rehoboth Beach, "The Nation's Summer Capitol," you can take advantage of fine dining, great boutique shopping, tax free outlet shops, movie theaters, go cart racing, water slide parks, mini golf, boat/jet ski rentals and of course, swimming in the ocean at one of the areas many beautiful beaches.
