We have the perfect location for your winter, spring, summer or fall luxury vacation.
With over 1700 square feet this spacious, Luxury Villa has two master bedrooms on the second floor with completed full bathrooms inside each bedroom, one bedroom on the first floor with a half bathroom (all handicap accessible) right next to it outside the door, and a sofa sleeper in the great room on the first floor.
We have a completely furnished kitchen with gas range, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator. There is a mud room with an over sized washer and dryer just off the kitchen, there is a secured 2 car double garage just off the mud room.
We have a elegant dining room area, and a large living room with fireplace and 42 inch flat screen TV (cable included) and a DVD player. The large master suite is also furnished with 42 Flat Screen TV/Cable and DVD, and the second master suite has a 32 inch flat screen TV/Cable/DVD . We have a wireless router hooked up for high speed internet access in the 3rd bedroom on the first floor,so you can get on the web as soon as you come in the door.
Our two story vaulted ceiling villa is located within minutes of many top rated golf courses in North Scottsdale. There is also excellent walking, mountain biking, and hiking trails, including a terrific four mile hiking trail around Pinnacle Peak in the recently opened Pinnacle Peak Park.
The Grayhawk Country Club restaurant open to the public is a great place to relax outside and enjoy a great dinner, lunch or breakfast.

We wanted a warm vacation destination getaway, from the cold winters of Minneapolis Minnesota. Scottsdale has great weather, and a beautiful backdrop with all of the surrounding mountains. Northern Scottsdale has kept most of it's natural desert beauty, and the closeness to the 101 loop give us easy access to anyone in the greater phoenix valley within minutes. No question in our minds the nicest location that we have stayed at while vacationing in Arizona. Previously, to our last trip to Arizona, we had stayed in another townhome located in Greyhawk due to a scheduling conflict. The difference in townhomes was night and day. The quality of amenities, such as furniture, kitchen appliances, washer and dryers, was a step above any that we had stayed previously. The owners were always responsive to our questions and always made us fell like family. It was obvious that the owners treat this as their home and not as simply an investment. The townhome was very clean and spacious. There is a nice patio that is very relaxing for a cup of coffee in the morning or a sunset dinner drink. Perfect for the family or just a couple as we are. Close in proximity to family and fine dining, great golf courses, hiking trails, sports bars, grocery stores, and nice shops. The neighbors were friendly and the people we met at the pool as well. highly recommend!

We stayed in this property the first week of April for our spring break. This was an excellent property for our family of fivewhich includes three children 2 of which are teenagers. There was plenty of room to spread out and all have our own space. The villa was very clean with every amenity we could possibly need. The property is very home- like and peaceful. We found the location ideal for sightseeing, as it is on N. Pima Rd, which is convenient for going north to Pinnacle Peak as well as the Cave Creek/ Carefree towns where we went horseback riding and watched bullriding /dinner at the Buffalo Chip Saloon. The property is also very close to the 101 Loop which makes it ideal for sightseeing in the Phoenix area i.e. hiking at the Superstition Mountains and dinner at Rustler's Roost. The location close to 101 makes it an easy shot for going north to Hwy 17 for Sedona (not to be missed!) and Flagstaff as well as on up to the Grand Canyon which we did by train. The owner was very helpful with discussing the location and nearby attractions for our family to enjoy.This property would be ideal for a golf getaway or girls' week as well as a family vacation home.

Since I have family in Scottsdale and visit every summer for about a month, I've been looking for a "home away from home" where my 4 children and I can spread out, be comfortable and have amenities for everyone in my family. Last summer we found it in this perfect, spacious, well maintained and very comfortable town home. The pool is a short walk (2 minutes) from the house, my children went to horseback riding camp 5 minutes down the road, and the owners are a pleasure to work with. I absolutely recommend this property to anyonme looking for a vacation retreat that has the comfort and conveniences of home. We enjoyed our stay so much, that we will be renting it for another month this summer. All necessary shopping and activities are within minutes driving.

We stayed at the Grayhawk with our three children in April. The owners were wonderful to deal with and we were so pleased that the property was exactly as pictured. Everything was top notch. The resort had a great pool area and lovely neighborhood for walks. Quiet peaceful environment. If you want to be well located in elegant surroundings this is the place for you. The listing was quite acurrate. The townhome was located in a very desireable area with local shops, restaurants, and hiking trails. The photos of this townhome do not do it justice. The property was clean and well maintained with plenty of amenities. There were great restaurants which included menus for all tastes. Very friendly people in the twonhome area and we had a great time at the pool. Highly recommend!

This GrayHawk Villa is located 6 miles from Carefree, AZ. Great place, separate entrance, private patio and upper balcony. Huge master bedroom with walk-in bathroom/walk-in closet. Both Bedrooms are located on upper level.There's a full kitchen and dining/living area with a separate office/extra room on the main floor. Villa offers plenty of windows, vaulted ceilings and shade. Extra linens and towels are provided. Property has fitness center, pool and nearby walking paths. There are two small shopping areas close to rental unit especially if you need groceries. There's a Safeway or Albertson's nearby. Starbucks, a cafe and a Steakhouse are within driving distance from this property. Great area, quiet unit, gated area and very pet friendly.Allow at least 30 mins into Scottsdale. Great shops in Old Scottsdale. Try The EL Churro Lodge(Paradise Valley) located near the Camelback Mtns, The Salt Cellar( an underground steak/seafood Rest)and if you want to splurge The Sanctuary"Elements". Don and Charlie's a a great place too. If you have a sweet tooth don't forget about The Sugar Bowl. Old Town Scottsdale offers a walking tour for $45pp/lasts 3+ hrs and you get to dine at several of the local restaurants.

I booked this home to recover from surgery at the Mayo Hospital. This is about 5 minutes from the hospital and only about 3 turns to get on and off the 101 Freeway. We enjoyed every thing about our stay here. It began with Dan calling me within 12 hours of my request for availability. His communication and responses make him really easy to do business with. He sent me the agreements and followed up every step of the way. Once we arrived, we found the house immaculately clean and appointed with everything major we could possibly need. The beds are super comfortable and both bedrooms have their own bathrooms. My son really enjoyed the swimming pool and we grilled a few nights down at the pool. My sister and husband loved the workout facilities. Major shopping and great food are all 5 minutes away. We went to the movies at two theaters nearby, shopped at the AJ's fine foods for our eat-in dinners, rented bikes off the Frank Lloyd Wright freeway for my son. To prepare for your stay here, I suggest bringing a few of the basics or get them on your way at one of the many stores. Staples we needed to get soon are kitchen garbage bags, toilet paper and paper towels. The property is very private even though it is inside of a large development. There are two decks to enjoy, nice walking paths all around. The wildlife we saw while here were quail, rabbits, lizards, and one snake. With the real estate market as it is here, we considered buying a property while here. But quickly decided that so long as this property is available to rent there is no reason to want to own one. We hope to come back next year - April here is 90 degrees and it is breakup season back home in Anchorage. Thanks Dan!
