We have the perfect location for your winter, spring, summer or fall luxury vacation.
With 1676 square feet this spacious, Luxury Villa has two master bedrooms on the second floor, and a office/den with a sleeper on the main floor.
We have a completely furnished kitchen with gas range, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator. There is a mud room with an over sized washer and dryer just off the kitchen, there is a secured 2 car double garage just off the mud room.
We have a elegant dining room area, and a large living room with fireplace and 36 inch TV (cable included) and a DVD player. Each master suite is also furnished with TV/Cable and DVD. The den area has a wireless router hooked up for high speed internet access so you can get on the web as soon as you come in the door.
Our two story vaulted ceiling villa is located within minutes of many top rated golf courses in North Scottsdale. There is also excellent walking, mountain biking, and hiking trails, including a terrific four mile hiking trail around Pinnacle Peak in the recently opened Pinnacle Peak Park.
The Grayhawk Country Club restaurant open to the public is a great place to relax outside and enjoy a great dinner, lunch or breakfast.
You can also enjoy the many excellent restaurants and fine shopping boutiques in the DC Ranch and Pinnacle Peak areas.

Why the Owner Chose Grayhawk
We wanted a warm vacation destination getaway, from the cold winters of Minneapolis Minnesota. Scottsdale has great weather, and a beautiful backdrop with all of the surrounding mountains. Northern Scottsdale has kept most of it's natural desert beauty, and the closeness to the 101 loop give us easy access to anyone in the greater phoenix valley within minutes.
