  The condo was great, clean and there were all the amenities that one would expect plus more. The beds were so comfortable. It is 2 minutes from Grayhawk golf course and 15 min from Boulders and not much more to Eagle Mountain, Sunrise Canyon and We-Ko-Pa. I recommend this place and will stay there again. Thanks Dan!

  Great gated community with a clean look. Condo was well appointed and clean. Very convenient access to all the great golf courses in NE Scottsdale regions. Ideal for a golf vacation - but could also work well for adventure seekers for cycling or hiking.

  We loved staying at this property! It was very close to the pool which was beautiful. It was quiet and private. The rental property was clean, well-maintained and well stocked. The photos were very accurate. The master suite upstairs is huge with a very comfortable bed, huge TV, walk-in closet, soaking tub and separate shower. The other bedroom upstairs also has its own full bathroom, TV and large closet. The living area is nice and large with plenty of furniture for everyone to sit on and watch TV. The owner was great and it was very easy to communicate with him via email or phone. I would highly recommend this property and we would definitely stay here again.

  We rented this condo to use as "home base" during Spring Training for our Spring Break. We really loved the place. It was quiet, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The condo is as described and clean, we even met the cleaning lady when we arrived. It was too cold to try the pool but it looked nice. The area is not far off the highway and made it easy for us to get where we needed to go. Overall the place was very nice, clean, comfortable and the owners were easy to deal with. Recommend!

  the unit was on the whole good but kitchen was not well supplied. 2 sets of dishes but no serving pieces, not enough towels or sheets. 3rd bedroom is really a windowless study, very cramped. no lamps in second bedroom, only one small lamp in study, bedroom. should supply extra bulbs because we had to buy them. smoke alarms do not work because I burned a steak with lots of smoke and nothing went off. location is great!! We spent 2 months there while received cancer therapy. Also, dining room chairs disintegrated during our stay and we replaced them.

  Ok, This 2 bedroom unit, 2 story villa has potential to be amazing. Unfortunately the owner has done nothing to ensure the guests are getting a reasonable experience and nothing to upgrade this unit. From the dated, dirty and original shag carpeting to the broken dangerous dining room chair, filthy microwave, broken bedroom blinds, pots and pans with caked on "clean" grunge, scratched teflon coated pans that were gouged and unsanitary, bathroom towels were frayed mismatched stained and bleached out, no waste bin in bathroom,no dish soap or dishwasher detergent, one role of toilet paper and no kleenex in the unit, this place was terrible. The patio furniture was covered in grit rendering it unusable. Gas fireplace I had to repair, putrified lime in the cutlery drawer, mattresses with no mattress protector or underpads ( we used towels) and the old food under the couch pillows , small dated TV set, well are you getting the idea? We called to complain and he seemed shocked and offered to steam clean the carpets and send the cleaning agency over again to redo things. No mention of a rebate or an apology for misrepresentation. Friends whom we traveled with rented a different unit in the same complex which was immaculate for 1/4 the $$ we paid for this 9 day rental. What a farce. We have never been so disappointed with a rental. Think long and hard a have a good look around before you rent this property. The tesoro complex itself and the location is good as is the swimming pool.

  My wife and I enjoyed a wonderful stay at this unit in Tesoro. It was just as described in the property listing - modern, clean and well located. We walked frequently to Market Street which is about a ten minute walk away and enjoyed eating at several local restaurants (The Herb Box, Armitage, the pub and the pizza shop). The owner was very helpful when we had questions or needed a small something here or there. We found the location was handy to hiking areas like Pinnacle Peak and to many shopping areas including Kierland and several smaller centres with a variety of shops, grocery stores and restaurants. I would definitely stay again and recommend it to others.

  Our family of five stayed in Tesoro for a little over a week. The accomodations were great. The owner was accessible the one time we called. Great location just a few doors down from the pool and fitness center. Workout room is very well equipped. Also convenient to restaurants and shopping. The condo had ample room, and was very comfortable for our family. We look forward to staying there again.

  No question in our minds the nicest location that we have stayed at while vacationing in Arizona. Previously, to our last trip to Arizona, we had stayed in another townhome located in Greyhawk due to a scheduling conflict. The difference in townhomes was night and day. The quality of amenities, such as furniture, kitchen appliances, washer and dryers, was a step above any that we had stayed previously. The owners were always responsive to our questions and always made us fell like family. It was obvious that the owners treat this as their home and not as simply an investment. The townhome was very clean and spacious. There is a nice patio that is very relaxing for a cup of coffee in the morning or a sunset dinner drink. Perfect for the family or just a couple as we are. Close in proximity to family and fine dining, great golf courses, hiking trails, sports bars, grocery stores, and nice shops. The neighbors were friendly and the people we met at the pool as well. highly recommend!
