Located less than three miles from Blue Ridge, Georgia, Big Sky Lodge is a 3200+ square foot, large cabin with 3-bedrooms and 3-full baths. This is a true second home that sleeps twelve comfortably and includes a well-furnished kitchen. The bedrooms are large with quality king size beds. The huge living/dining area has an open log staircase to a spacious loft. There is a large stone fireplace with vent-free gas logs. This cabin is perfect for a weekend for two or gathering of family and friends.
Big Sky Lodge's private master bedroom with coffee porch offers a sitting area with scenic views. Enjoy views of the Cohutta Wilderness Mountain area from every level of the cabin. The 13 ft x 21 ft loft includes a desk and reading area with DSL connection and Wi-Fi access throughout the cabin. There is a separate sitting area perfect for quiet conversations.
The huge recreation room has a corner fireplace, pool table, soccer table and separate full-size refrigerator w/ ice maker plus a 20 game video arcade machine. Three deck levels offer beautiful views. The 7-person, 500 gallon hot tub on the lower deck will offer private enjoyment. There is also a flat yard area for horseshoes and a firepit.
Crossrock Cabin Rentals consists of three 1st class cabins that are managed by the owners. Each cabin includes many extras like coffee, tea, spa quality towels, robes and much more. We try to think of everything our guests will need for a relaxing, fun time. Big Sky Lodge will truly be your home away from home. Why the Owner Chose Blue Ridge
I chose Blue Ridge, Georgia because it a quiet town with unique shops and nice people plus it is close to Lake Blue Ridge, the Toccoa Rover and the Ocoee River Olympic Whitewater Center. 60% of Fannin County is National Forest so there is plenty of hiking and things to do.
The Unique Benefits at this Cabin
Big Sky Lodge is located less than three miles from Blue Ridge and is in a quiet area. The cabin community has wide paved road with 20 lots that are 2 to 5 acres. The cabin sits at the end of the road and has a long driveway.
Most people like the spacious feel of the cabin and the open loft and staircase with log rails. Big Sky Lodge has a large loft area that I enjoy reading and relaxing while listening to music. The recreation room is big and has plenty of room for large groups plus the built in extra refrigerator helps. The best part are the beautiful sunsets.
I purchased Big Sky Lodge primarily because of it's size and location to Blue Ridge. The cabin is spacious yet has a warm feeling. I have a large extended family and we have plenty of room when they visit.

I am a native of Wisconsin and was transfered by my company to Georgia in 1996. I enjoy the mild weather of the Southeast and the close proximity of the mountains and beachs.
I live in Atlanta and purchased my first cabin in Blue Ridge after staying one weekend! Blue Ridge is easy to get to but feels like a world away. I now own three cabin rentals in the same cabin community. We strive to provide a quality experience and all our cabins are equipped and furnished well.
