Relaxing family getaway 70 miles from the Portland Metro in one of the most desirable locations on the Oregon coast. This spacious, light, nautical-themed home offers a cozy weekend or longer retreat and many recreational options.
Located 7 miles north of Lincoln City, and 30 miles south of Tillamook in private gated community with beach access,(1 block to beach) shopping and entertainment nearby. Wildlife viewing, deep-sea fishing, rafting and nearby bike trails provide many opportunities. Guests may enjoy a good book by the fire or on the warm, sunny deck.
Have fun with your kids climbing Proposal Rock, beach combing, building in the sand, whale watching, hiking the Cascade Head Conservancy wildlife reserve, visiting the general store, and dining at the local Hawk Creek Café. Oregon Aquarium is located 30 miles south in Newport. Several Golf courses and tennis clubs in nearby Lincoln City. Bring your kites!

Terms and Fees:
Rental per night is $165.00. Seasonal rates may vary. Refundable Security deposit of $300. Non-refundable cleaning fee of $55.00. Pet fee of $40 is non-refundable for animals less than 40 lbs.

The Unique Benefits of this House
I always check on the otters in the creek, the Blue Herons Nesting, collect driftwood and agates on the beach and find the freshest fish available in Pacific City to BBQ. Our boys climb Proposal Rock and break out the Skim boards the minute they arrive! Our home has collection of wonderful reading material which seems to get exchanged with each season. It is always fun to see what books have been left for me to read and find a sunny place on the deck to enjoy!
