This charming yellow cottage is a single story home with a fun and colorful decor. The 12' ceilings, hardwood floors, and bright, cheerful colors add to the charm of this 3 bedroom/ 3 bath home. Located at 117 Parkshore Drive, this home is located across the street from one of the three pools on the Carillon property. It is one of the largest pools and heated during cooler days. Also, this is the location of Bellview Park, which has a large grassy area, playground, basketball court, and tennis courts.
You will love sitting on the front porch where you can relax on the swing or sit in the rockers with the view of Bellview Park. You can also enjoy the relaxing sounds of the Carillon Bells, as tunes are played and the chimes ring out the time of day. You may prefer to sit out back on the screened-in porch and read a good book or just relax. Enjoy the security of a gated community with sidewalks and quiet streets for children and adults to walk, jog, ride bikes, and enjoy the Florida weather. A private beach awaits as you stroll over to one of the several beach walkovers, climb the steps, and see the snow-white sand and the Gulf of Mexico. Lake Carillon is also available for use where you can enjoy the lovely view and have a picnic lunch. Rentals are available at Downtown Carillon for bikes and golf carts.

- Sea Shelley is directly across the street from the largest pool in Carillon, the Westside pool. In addition there are two other pools- one on the beach, and the other on the East side of Carillon. There is also a park with playground, basketball court, and tennis courts directly across the street. The cottage is located on the Promenade, which is a lush, beautifully landscaped, paved walkway that leads to the Carillon Chapel and Downtown Carillon, where, during the summer months, weekly free concerts are held called "Groovin' on the Green". The Carillon Institute also plans weekly activities for children at the Chapel or "Meeting House".
