Relax and enjoy breathtaking panoramic white water views from nearly every room! We regularly see dolphins and occasional whales from the living room and kitchen
For the person who wants luxury as well as location, this is an upscale, recently remodeled, Cape Cod style home with a bright, casual, open floor plan. Gourmet kitchen including 48" Viking Stove/Sub Zero refrigerator and granite countertops. Round dining table to seat 12, hardwood floors and French Doors throughout the home which are typically left open to the ocean breezes and lovely gardens.
Residence has two floors, each with a separate entrance/exit. There are three bedrooms on the main floor and a bedroom, patio and living area on the bottom floor. A perfect lay out for a large family or two families to split.
The home is situated behind mature hedges and lattice fence. It has wonderful privacy. The kids will enjoy playing basketball on the Sports Court, jumping on the trampoline, or watching a movie on the new 50 inch plasma television while you relax on a large deck which has spectacular 180 degree views of the Pacific.
Nearby walking path has direct beach access(5 minute walk) to Laguna’s best beaches including the world famous five star Montage Resort. If you enjoy hiking, there are spectacular hiking paths that wind up the mountainside and overlook the ocean.
Private grounds/gardens surround this home with hundreds of varieties of exotic plants, and flowers on a large flat double lot with white water views. This is a serene and extremely quite location on a street the locals call "the loop" because it has almost no traffic (not a through street.)
The Laguna Beach open air trolley picks up every 30 minutes at the end of the street and is a fun and easy way to get downtown in 10 minutes. A wonderful 9 hole canyon golf course is just 3 minutes away.
This is the perfect vacation home for a family(s) with children.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit at this beautiful beach house in Laguna Beach. The views were fantastic and the home is warm and charming.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children.

What a fabulous home! Gorgeous views and a great location. With two families and five kids there was plenty of room. Plus, the yard was fun and private. There was a very minor house problem (not the owner's fault), and David and Anita took care of it immediately. Both the home and the hosts surpassed our very high expectations. Spectacular family home! Wonderful open layout with outragous views. We walked to the beach every morningwhich is approximately 5 minutes down a walking path at the end of the road. Beautiful gardens. We planned on doing the typical tourist things but changed our mind when we saw how great staying at home was. Spent most of our vacation on the deck overlooking the ocean. Dear David and Anita; We loved staying in your lovely home on our anniversary . It is the perfect beach house which led to a perfect family celebration. The views of the ocean and beautiful English flower gardens were breath taking. When we were home we lived on the deck enjoying the views, we all had a great time. You are so fortunate to live in such a wonderful location and great home. Thank you for all the lovely flowers, fruit basket and Champagne. Needless to say we had a perfect week. The family hopes to be able to repeat next year. Our son Tom lost his Canon camera, If you find one around let me know. What a wonderful experience for me and my family. We all loved this place! My family wanted something more "high end" than the typical beach home and this place definitely fit the bill. The home was wonderful: comfy, cozy, inviting with lots of privacy. And what wonderful views! There were 7 of us and the home had plenty of room. This home if fabulous! We stayed there this summer and we were blown away at the location and quality of the home. The bedrooms are decorated as if they were straight out of Coast Magazine. Bedrooms have French Doors, hardwood floors and very high end linens. Owners are a pleasure to deal with and were truly dedicated to making sure our vacation was wonderful.
