Our unit at Pelican's Landing has a GREAT OCEANFRONT view and conveniently located on the first floor and overlooks the beach side pool.
The condominium has been PROFESSIONALLY DECORATED in 2008 and includes: queen-size sleeper sofa, wet bar, full-size washer/dryer, TV in the living room with cable and a DVD player and the three bedrooms have TV's with cable, screened porch off living room, and balcony off master bedroom. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed and two twin-size beds are in the other two bedrooms. There is a screened porch at the entrance to store beach chairs, toys, etc.
Pelican's Landing offers two pools, sunbathing decks with chairs, elevators, covered paved parking, grilling areas, children's playground, and direct beach access from the pool deck.
Linens and departure cleaning service are included as well as a Beach Service umbrella and two chairs during "Beach Season." NO SMOKING or PETS are allowed in the condominium.
The condominium is located on Shore Drive which is an isolated stretch of beach and in a "family-type area." Shore Drive is at the end of Lake Arrowhead Drive, just off Highway 17 ("Restaurant Row" area), with convenient access to the Conway Bypass. You are minutes from Broadway at the Beach, Barefoot Landing, Dixie Stampede, Carolina Opry, and specialty/department stores.
