Our DIRECTLY OCEANFRONT condominium at Pelican's Landing has a wonderful view. It is conveniently located on the first floor and overlooks the beach-side pool.
As of October 2011, the condominium features new GRANITE COUNTERTOPS and brushed nickel fixtures in the kitchen and bathrooms. New woodwork and doors have also been installed. A new SOFA and CARPET were added in the spring of 2011. The condo has been PROFESSIONALLY DECORATED and includes: full-size sofa, wet bar, full-size washer/dryer, cable TV and DVD player in the family room, cable TV in all three bedrooms, screened-in porch off family room, and balcony off master suite. The master suite has a queen-size bed, and the other two bedrooms each have two twin-size beds. There is a screened-in porch at the entrance for convenient storage of beach chairs, toys, etc. Free, secure WiFi access is also provided.
Pelican's Landing offers two pools, sunbathing decks with chairs, elevators, covered paved parking, grilling areas, children's playground, and direct beach access from the pool deck.
Linens and departure cleaning service are included as well as a Beach Service umbrella and two chairs during "Beach Season." NO SMOKING or PETS are allowed in the condominium.
The condominium is located on Shore Drive, which is an isolated stretch of beach in a "family-type area." Shore Drive is at the end of Lake Arrowhead Drive, just off Highway 17 ("Restaurant Row" area), with convenient access to the Conway Bypass. You are minutes from great golf courses, excellent restaurants, Broadway at the Beach, Barefoot Landing, Pirates Voyage Dinner Theater, Carolina Opry, Tanger Outlet Mall, and other specialty/department stores.

My family and I were here from 06/11 to 06/18,2011.This is the third time we have rented this perfect condo.It is always clean,everything always works and the owners are easy to rent from.Would not even consider anywhere else in Myrtle beach.The condo is on a quiet dead end street.You are two minutes from Kroger and resturant row.You are one minute from a wonderful fruit stand.Two minutes from Acadian Shores golf.Tanger outlets 2.5 miles.Super Wal Mart 2.5 miles.You can literally stay here and never have to drive more than 2.5 miles to eat,shop,golf,dance or go to a spa.But while at the condo you feel miles away from the crowds and traffic!I have traveled all over and we keep coming back here.Highly recommended by our family.
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, people with disabilities, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
A Wonderful Week on the Beach at a Terrific Condo

We spent the first week in June at this wonderful place and were so happy. The condo is spacious, bright, and steps to the pool and ocean. We have owned timeshares and rented many times before, but this unit was one of the nicest we have experienced. It is professionally decorated and the best equipped (Dishes, Glassware, Cookware, etc.) we have ever had. From the minute you walk through the door it is obvious that the owners take great pride in presenting their renters with a quality experience. It is located on Shore Drive, which in our opinion, is the nicest area in all of Myrtle Beach. The beach is well lifeguarded and every morning there are two lounge chairs and an umbrella awaiting you. (set up by the lifeguard) The views from either balcony are awesome. Across the street and within 300 yards the are some small shops, a convenience store, Pizza place and liquor store. within 3 miles are all kinds of restaurants, shopping, Bass Pro Shop, Colonial Mall, Super Walmart, etc. You won't be disappointed with this place, It's GREAT ! Again, our Kudos to the owners for providing us with such a memorable week. It was a pleasure doing business with them.

My family and I love our 'home away from home'. Pelican's Landing in convenient to all the great family restaurants, and night life (Barefoot Landing and Broadway at the Beach). But the best part of this condo is the location on the beach. You wake up to the sunrise and hear the waves all day. Owner takes great pride in keeping the condo clean and updated, and we find renting it a breeze. Can't wait till our summer vacation! BS--West Palm Beach, Fl
