this was our first family visit to fort walton beach area, daughter dancing at emerald coast conf center. condo was centrally located to everything we needed and wanted to visit (beaches close by, charter fishing trip & dolphin cruises; restaurants & even a walmart 10 mins away). condo itself was very nice (clean and comfortable for a small family),everyone there was very nice and helpful (only draw back was climbing 3 flights of stairs with a 3 yr old and swimming pool was closed for first 3 days of our trip). overall we had a great time and will definately go back.....and would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay that feels like home....
Owner response:I am sorry that the pool was closed for three days but we were doing some repairs. The pool is open now and the water is beautiful.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Our family stayed at this condo last week and it was perfect for us. Everything is exactly as described on the website. It was very clean and close to beaches, restaurants and other attractions. I would definately recommend this property.

Our family enjoyed this condo very much. It was close to the beach and resturants, and the fishing pier was a big hit. The pool looked beautiful, but unfortunately it was too cold to use during the time of our stay (1st week April '07). The condo is clean and quiet, and the kitchen and laundry were wonderful to have on a beach vacation (verses a hotel room). I do have to comment that the master bed is not comfortable to sleep in. I (Mom) slept on the couch each night. The 1.5 bathroom is more accurately described as full bath with an additional vanity area. The main bathroom was as expected, and the second room was furnished with a sink/vanity.
Owner response:The master bed has been changed to a Queen size with a TEMPUR-PEDIC mattress since this guest's stay.
