This unique 4-bedroom, 3-bath home is situated on 2.5 acres of naturally landscaped grounds in a premier area of Islamorada, Florida --also known as 'Millionaires Row'. Enjoy the Spectacular Sunrises, Ocean Breezes and Full Moons from your own private sandy beach relaxing by the pool.

SAN ROC is tropically decorated to complement its surroundings.
1st Floor: 1 Bedroom (King bed) with spectacular ocean and beach views, 1 Full Bathroom, and French doors opening onto the beach Patio. 1st Floor also has an enormous Sheltered Outdoor Lounge. Laundry Room.
2nd Floor: 3 Bedrooms (2 with kings, 1 with 2 doubles) and 2 Full Bathrooms. Open Living Room - Dining Room - Kitchen all overlooking the beach and ocean with breathtaking scenery. You also have a full-length Balcony for dining or lounging.

I stayed at San Roc for a month this winter. This property had everything that I was looking for in a vacation rental. The location is perfect. It is just south of mm 89. You are 7 miles from "downtown" Isalmorada, Key Largo is just a few miles north and the Winn Dixie shopping plaza is just down the road. You are close to a bunch of amazing restaurants. The house is on over 2 acres of ocean front property which is very difficult to find in the keys. The property is very private. You drive down a long driveway that is canopied with trees. Once you get to the house, it has a huge sandy yard. There's also beautiful palm trees scattered throughout and bright bougainvillea. The views are out of this world. The pool has a sunbathing ledge and a really big spa. You also have the option of heating the pool which was a nice option for me because I was there in the winter. There are lounge chairs situated around the pool. There's also a little dock that my boyfriend fished off of every day. You will want to spend a lot of time outside. You will never get tired of the view and lounging by the pool. The house is cute. It isn't luxurious. Most houses in the keys are really tacky but this house was decorated very tastefully. It was very inviting and the quintessential beach house. The kitchen had ample dishes, cookware, glasses, utensils, etc. Every bedroom had a flatcreen tv. The bedroom downstairs was nicely updated. I had a few friends come for a visit and they loved staying in the downstairs room. Amazing views from the french doors and their own private entrance. The house was also immaculate. I paid to have the cleaning people come twice while I was there and they did an outstanding job. I can't say enough about Marie who handled the reservation and Kari who was the local manager. I had a few minor issues and they were all handled immediately. The grounds were meticulously maintained. I was nervous sending in that kind of money to rent a house. These days you never know. But, the house truly looks like it does in the pictures. Yes, you really do have that view and pool! I had outstanding service. My security deposit was returned to me within 10 days even though the contract said 45 days. I would definitely return to San Roc. I looked extensively for a pet friendly rental and in this price range, you would be hard pressed to find a better place. I am extremely picky. I actually cried on the day I had to leave. I will definitely be returning!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.
