Lake Mille Lacs Cabin - Best Walleye Fishing Around!
- Minimum stay:N/A
- Internet:No
- Pets allowed:Yes
- Wheel chair accessible:No
This property is located on the South East side of Mille Lacs, just north of Isle, Minnesota. If you are familiar with this area you already know about the great fishing and recreation on this 132,516 acre lake. If you are not from the area and are a fisherman, you are truly missing out!
This property overlooks the lake to the south west and provides for extraordinary sunsets. The property has 100 feet of shoreline with a private dock. There is a boat launch, bar, eatery and marina less than 100 yards down the road from the cabin (within walking distance) that has some sort of entertainment on most weekends and EXCELLENT food.
The 3 bedrooms all have bunk beds with a full size bed on the lower half and a twin above. There is an extra hideaway bed on the main floor and a full size couch in the basement. There is a washing machine and dryer for those of you staying for longer periods of time. The cabin is fully furnished with newer accomodations. This is our get away as well as our rental, so we keep the cabin up as if we were staying there ourselves.
If you aren't familiar with the lake, we can recommend a few different guide services to help you out. If you are a snowmobiler or ATV enthusiast, there are hundreds of miles of trails in the area, including the SOO Line Trail. Also Grand Casino and the Indian Museum are only a 20 minute drive from the cabin.

We stayed at the cabin for 5 nights. We had a great time. The cabin was well equipped and nicely maintained. The owners were very helpful before our trip and were great to work with. The cabin had easy boat access and Buzzies made it very easy to launch and retrieve. We will definately stay there again.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 2/3

Had a wonderful week at this Lake Mille Lacs cabin. It was very clean, spacious and supplied with all the necessities. There are lots of shopping and eating establishments only minutes away. Went fishing for bass and every one we caught was big, smallest one was 3 pounds! Was very nice having the chest freezer and second fridge in the bar area. The basement bar area was very comfortable on the very hot days. I would definitely recommend this cabin to anyone interested in a vacation on this lake.Did you find this review helpful? We had the opportunity to stay in this nicely appointed cabin over a long weekend, and were very pleased with the spacious accomodations. You can tell that the owners have put a considerable amount of time into making this comfortable for their renters. The view was awesome and we really enjoyed the beautifully done bar room. As usual, the fishing was excellent. A bonfire next to the lake to watch the sunset was perfect. Very relaxing and we can't wait for next summer, or maybe an ice fishing trip this winter for a walleye dinner.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 1/2
