We loved the location of the house literally 3 steps from the huge sliding glass windows to the beach through its own gate but has its own privacy provided by an open lattice wall that still allows views of Banderas Bay and its spectacular sunsets – a Palapa provides comfort from the midday sun. We so enjoyed this combination which was made even better by the proximity of the facility swimming pool if cooling off was required. We walked to a nearby restaurant on many an evening – the choices enabled us to sample a different one most nights whilst for a more adventurous evening, Puerta Vallarta was no more than 25 minutes away. Great to have WiFi -- it enables me to stay away from the office for longer stretches without losing contact with things. What a wonderful feeling to end a day by falling asleep accompanied by the sound of the waves lapping on the beach We love it and always look forward to returning. Judy and Eric

Those were the words out of my adult son's mouth."Mom, this house is perfect". The group consisted of my son, his wife, my two grandsons ages 8 and 10 and me, the granny! We loved the layout of the house giving them the entire upstairs floor and I had the downstairs bedroom/bathroom. Being right on the beach was really special. We also loved the pool with the seven palm trees. The location at the south end of Bucerias was great too. The house was well equipped and cleaned daily which was a real luxury. We didn't even have to make our beds! The massage people set up just a little ways from the house which was very handy if so desired. It was very quiet for sleeping at night and we were all very comfortable for the whole stay...wish it had been for longer than one week. (Oct. 23, 2010 to Oct. 30, 2010...would love to return.
