Due to a last minute cancellation we are willing to rent these 3 nights ONLY during prime season.
Our condos are located at 11th Street and Baltimore Avenue. We are only steps to the BEACH and BOARDWALK! We have two three-bedroom units available. One unit is on the first floor and the other unit is on the second floor. Rent one unit or both! Perfect for multi-families, family reunions, etc.
Both units have NEW berber carpet, new mattresses (all), NEW queen-size sleep sofa and loveseat, NEW dining room tables, NEW Wicker Rattan bedroom furniture,and more. Huge balcony with NEW outdoor furniture including table, cushioned chairs, and a two-person swing. A washer and dryer is available in each unit. Each unit has three bedrooms with a queen size mattress in the master bedroom, and two twin-size beds in each of the other two bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, etc. There is also a dining room and large living room. One reserved off-street parking space is available per unit. Owners are on site in third-floor unit most days per week in season. Maximum occupancy is enforced. Sorry, but pets are NOT allowed.
