If you need a safe harbour for your yacht or sailboat, there is a beautiful marina on property. Tennis is available on site, or just relaxing by the pool or soaking in the hot tub. The gym is professionally outfitted with Nautilus and all the latest equipment.
This area is situated halfway between the West Palm Beach and Melbourn airports. It's easy access to the Florida Turnpike and I-95. It's quick hour and a half drive to Disney World for the day, or and hour to the Palm Beaches and all of the shopping and site seeing you could ask for. Vero Beach is just to the north with lots of other amenities. There are five golf courses within five miles and 12 within 25 miles.
If you prefer a nice, quiet town, with plenty of charm, versus the hustle and bustle of the bigger cities, this is the place for you.

Security Deposit equal to one month's rent due 30 days prior to rental.
Each month's rent is due on first day of month.
Security deposit returned 15 days after rental term, upon satisfactory inspection.
