Stayed in this unit with my wife, 1 year old, and mother in law. The place was absolutely perfect. Included everything needed for a small child. But would certainly be fine for an adults only stay as well. Plenty of space, even includes inflatable bedding for extra capacity. We didn't have a car, but the location was very convenient. 5 minute walk to bus stop, large grocery store, ski shop, food. Very quiet, but very close to the action. Highly recommended - we hope to be back soon!

This condo was comfortable, spotlessly clean, ideally located for both town and mountain. Beautifully furnished and decorated; lots of little touches to make it feel like home. Comfortably sleeps two adults in the master room and two kids in the den. Bus stop for the free shuttle to either the mountain or into town was close by, and a great convenience. We'll definitely consider this one again.

This was the first time wy wife and I rented a condo on a vacation. We used to stay in hotels. The first thing that struck us about this property was it's proximity to the ski area, grocery store, and Starbucks. Our sons are ages 4 and 6, so the ability to prepare their meals in the condo itself relieved us of the stress of getting them dressed and figuring out where to eat. Of course, this saved us a lot of money as well. The condo itself is beautiful and modern: The kitchen is equipped with granite countertops, stainless steel refrigerator, and a gas stove. Each room has a thermostat control. The utensils, dishes, and pots/pans were of comparable quality to what we have in our own home. The owners had stocked the cabinets with dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and other day to day cleaning supplies, as well as toilet paper and paper towels. The dumpster is located in an enclosure directly across from the front of the condo, next to the single car garage. Our boys claimed the leather sofa and loveseat in the living area, where they watched their Disney videos on the flat screen/DVD. My wife and I watched our shows on the smaller set in the master bedroom. Like the kitchen, the bathrooms gave us some ideas about what we would like "in our next house". The dark tile, fixtures, and vanity were very nice. The water pressure and hot water supply never failed us. The temperature in the bathrooms could be controlled, so none of us felt cold when we stepped out of the shower. Our experience at this condo definitely gave us a bias towards vacation condominiums, as opposed to hotels. We plan to rent this unit again on future trips to Steamboat Springs.

My husband, sister, sister's boyfriend, and I had a great stay at this property. The location was excellent - very close to a shuttle stop that took us either downtown or to the mountain. The layout of the condo was perfect for 4 people, and the property was as clean as a whistle. Working and corresponding with the owners was seamless, and I'd definitely recommend this property to a friend.

We were very happy in all material respects with the condo and would stay there again. It is a very fair value. It is nicely appointed, and conveniently located.

We absolutely loved the condo. It was rustic and yet elegant and comfortable. Centrally located and easy to get in and out of with all your gear and such. No stairs to tackle and a garage right across the driveway. We would definitely rent here again.

Our family stayed here over the 4th of July and had a wonderful time. The location could not be better. It's in the center of Steamboat with several restaurants within walking distance. The unit is comfortable and roomy and we would definitely stay again.

Our stay at Sundance Creek Condominiums was an important part of our ski trip to Steamboat. The condo was about a block from the shuttle stop and near grocery stores and some nice restaurants, about a 10 min. shuttle from the ski area. The condo was nicely furnished and gave us a sense of "being at home" after a hard day of skiing. I highly recomend this unit. Many thanks!!!!!!!!! Fred Myhaver
