We had the most wonderful, fun weekend ever at the Oceano house. As you said, it is truly a great house – our whole family was there & very comfortable. We had room to spare! We loved the rooftop deck and the beach walks were great. We even saw whales in the bay. Our son (the CalPoly graduate)’s girlfriend’s family came over for dinner – never met them before – and they were impressed as well. Everyone commented on the fact that they had never seen such a clean rental especially in a beach house. Cooking in the kitchen and looking out over the family talking in the living room and then out to the ocean made me wish we could live there forever. We will definitely rent this house again – maybe a few times a year to get together. It was very central for us (from San Diego/Venice Beach/San Jose) – the kids loved it. We had no problems except I couldn’t figure out how to use the coffee pot – I filled it, but it wouldn’t stop dripping so I had to hold a coffee cup under it – luckily we were all up & so we all needed coffee. But after that, I went to the coffee shop. Please pass on to the owners how much we loved & enjoyed their home. Theresa

Thanks for the use of the house. We had a great time and it was perfect for our needs. Also it was by far the cleanest rental home we have been in. Thanks for the welcome bucket as well!

I just wanted to touch base with you after our great vacation.We also wanted to thank you and the owner for all the arrangement,the welcome gift and above all sharing this wonderful house with us! We really appreciated all the changes the owner did in the house and also new BBQ grill! We did enjoy BBQ dinner for our daughter's 18th birthday! She had a memorable time of her life there and we hope to come back next year again to this very ideally located,cozy and comfy house. I so enjoyed myself here. Your home is absolutely beautiful. Told my two kids, "if we want to come back we have to make sure everything is in its place." So they pick up. Found such peace in this house and i felt God's presence here, so beautiful. Thanks bunches, we'll be back. Rajarshi Chaudhuri

Wow!! Thats all you need to know about this place. Impecably clean, nice landscaping and what a view. My family had a blast with just steps to the beach.
