Wonderful place to bring a family together. We are a large family and work many different shifts, this was a great home with plenty of room to bring us all back together including our children. There was a lot to do close by walking distance and short drive. This house brings a bit of home (amenities) to the beach to keep the kids busy in the house while all the adults hung out around the table or by the bar-b-que pit. Fun fun fun for the kids and adults. Great place to vacation and or reunite a family. Would defiantly recommend to friends and rest of the family. The photos don't do this place justice. Its really roomy and well furnished. We will be visiting this home again with and without all my brothers and sisters.

Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

Family Friendly, Comfortable Beach House

My family, along with two other families with young children had the pleasure of staying here over a long weekend in mid-July. The beach house had everything we needed - lots of space (6 adults, 6 children), three bathrooms with tubs, comfortable seating, pack and play, high chair, and toys for the kids. The location was excellent - within steps from the beach, and easy access to other points of interest such as Pismo Beach, visiting the mission in San Luis Obispo, market, etc. We felt totally safe here and appreciated the gate in the front yard. We cooked all of our meals, but there were plenty of restaurants just a short walk or drive away. The property management company was a pleasure to work with. All families agreed that we would stay here again.

Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

We had the most wonderful, fun weekend ever at the Oceano house. As you said, it is truly a great house – our whole family was there & very comfortable. We had room to spare! We loved the rooftop deck and the beach walks were great. We even saw whales in the bay. Our son (the CalPoly graduate)’s girlfriend’s family came over for dinner – never met them before – and they were impressed as well. Everyone commented on the fact that they had never seen such a clean rental especially in a beach house. Cooking in the kitchen and looking out over the family talking in the living room and then out to the ocean made me wish we could live there forever. We will definitely rent this house again – maybe a few times a year to get together. It was very central for us (from San Diego/Venice Beach/San Jose) – the kids loved it. We had no problems except I couldn’t figure out how to use the coffee pot – I filled it, but it wouldn’t stop dripping so I had to hold a coffee cup under it – luckily we were all up & so we all needed coffee. But after that, I went to the coffee shop. Please pass on to the owners how much we loved & enjoyed their home. Theresa

I just wanted to touch base with you after our great vacation.We also wanted to thank you and the owner for all the arrangement,the welcome gift and above all sharing this wonderful house with us! I so enjoyed myself here. Your home is absolutely beautiful. Told my two kids, "if we want to come back we have to make sure everything is in its place." So they pick up. Found such peace in this house and i felt God's presence here, so beautiful. Thanks bunches, we'll be back. Rajarshi Chaudhuri

Wow!! Thats all you need to know about this place. Impecably clean, nice landscaping and what a view. My family had a blast with just steps to the beach.

Thank you for allowing us to stay here. We had our family here to watch my son Richard play against Cal Poly. (He plays for Southern Utah University.) We lost by the way. But we had a great time here, and we had a BBQ before the game and the rest of the family was able to come over and eat before the game. Thank you again. The Giannelli Family, Bakersfield, CA

The Beach House is just beautiful. I had a wonderful weekend there. It just so relaxing to sit on the deck and watch the sunset! I recommend this beautiful, large (room for a large group)house. The furnishings and decor is just great!!! I can't wait to go back!!! LVPATTI

We would like to thank you again for sharing your home with us. We had a wonderful time. From the moment we arrived, it felt like it was our home. That is how comfortable it was. I think that was the most relaxing weekend I have had in 10 years. I could go on and on but I won't. The only negitive thing about the trip was leaving. Thanks again. A great place to get away! I took my wife, my two young boys and two new US Marines fresh out of Parris Island for a few days of R and R. What a nice place to spend quality family time!

What a view from the balcony! This house is located just a short walk from the beach. The rooms are all decorated with an ocean theme and are very clean. It was so realxing to spend a few days here. I plan to stay there at every opportunity. The positive atmosphere is worth every penny.

I was fortunate enough to stay at this fabulous house for a night and did not want to leave when it was time! the view was absolutely amazing and that ocean breeze i felt while on the rooftop deck was so refreshing. I would go there again in a heartbeat! Thank you for having me!!
