The house is owned by an English couple who have been vacationing in La Cruz for 10 years and are enchanted by the friendly locals and the glorious Winter weather.They love watching the whales visiting each winter coming from way North to have their calves.
The Unique Benefits of this House
The patio with its own private pool, where you can relax and sip the local vino or cerveza before visiting one of the many Restaurants and Bars in the area. Their is a wide variety of cuisine from the Mexican Taco stands to "Best in the Bay" English Fish and Chips Pub. German, Italian and many Mexican Restaurants.The near by Pacific Ocean and Banderas Bay have wide and sandy beaches.

Great rental in quiet part of village

We stayed at this rental property for 4 weeks and haa great time. There was no need to hire a car as it was only about 150 yards from Bus stop. We were within a couple of blocks of several restaurants and Bars ( a couple with live music). we had a small, but private pool and sat TV We enjoyed the Taco stands nad wide variety of Food types. Italian, German, british Pub,Mexican and French Bistro... all within a 4/5 min walk. The new Marina is about 4 blocks away but not much was going on there apart from a nice Palapa Restaurant which was good for lunch. A large Regattta was due later and I believe the preidnet of mexico attended Good place
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, tourists without a car, pet owners, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway.
