Fall 9/15 - 10/31: $100 night plus taxes and cleaning, $700/week

Why the Owner Chose Royal Palms
We purcahsed this unit as a quick vacation get away and loved it so much that we bought another unit in Royal Palms - it is unit # 602 and can be found under vrbo listing 71640. We have been very happy with the many guests that have stayed with us and have been pleased that many have chosen to return over and over again!!!

We are a retiring doctor from Brandon, Mississippi and we now have the luxury of spending quite a bit of time at the gulf and have really enjoyed owning our Gulf Shores and Orange Beach properties.

I spent a week in this condo and it was wonderful. Everything worked perfectly, it was very clean, and well maintained. The view was spectacular. On our last day there we watched the dolphins jumping right in front of our balcony. It was exciting. We were close to all the activities that was going on locally. Parking and getting in and out was easy. No problems at all. Condo was just like in the pictures but the view from the balcony was much better. Can't even describe how beautiful. I would recommend this condo to everyone I know who will be going to Gulf Shores. I will definitely be using it again in the near future. I just loved it.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children.

My husband and I were able to get away for a quick weekend, and this condo was just the right place. We found everything just as described. The condo was clean, comfortable, and had a great view of the gulf. We were there the third weekend in August, so it was nice and quiet. The water wasn't too bad from the oil spill, and we were able to take longs strolls along the beach. The owner was very helpful in making quick arrangements for us too. I would recommend this condo to anyone, and would definitely stay again.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We loved Royal Palms. It has easy access to the beach. The room was very clean and very comfortable. Having two bathrooms was a huge help with kids. The beds were comfortable and had nice sheets. The pools were great! The outside pool does not have a very big pool deck, but it is large. This is the best place to stay in Gulf Shores because it sits next to the state park so it feels privite and never crowded. We loved it and will be back.
