Spring 3/1 - 5/23: $175/night, $1,050/week
Summer 5/24 - 9/5: $225/night, $1,350/week
Fall 9/6 - 10/31: $100 night, $700/week
* $200 security deposit is required (refundable pending no damages)
* Full payment is due 30 days in advance

We purcahsed this unit as a quick vacation get away and loved it so much that we bought another unit in Royal Palms - it is unit # 602 and can be found under vrbo listing 71640. We have been very happy with the many guests that have stayed with us and have been pleased that many have chosen to return over and over again!!!

We are a retiring doctor from Brandon, Mississippi and we now have the luxury of spending quite a bit of time at the gulf and have really enjoyed owning our Gulf Shores and Orange Beach properties.
