This brand-new upscale beach-front home is a perfect family gathering spot.The home is situated on piers and the property is only a few feet above sea level. Netarts Bay laps on the pristine, sandy shoreline in front of the home. If you turn one direction, you can take a leisurely stroll for about 1/2 mile along the bay which can be as calm as glass or as wild as the ocean at times. You can also stop on the way back for a treat up the hill in Netarts.
You can walk the other direction for nearly 2 miles and enjoy breaking waves on the ocean as you walk to the town of Oceanside for a cup of coffee or lunch.
The home was constructed in 2006. A massive 900 square foot beach-side Great Room with huge windows and impressive ocean views will make for a relaxing vacation, rain or shine. Three areas for playing cards or building one of the many stocked puzzles. A chef’s dream kitchen with GE Monogram six gas burners and massive built-in refrigerator.
The oversized sectional sits in front of a large screen TV/entertainment center with suround sound and a gas burning fireplace.
The Master bedroom with 4 poster bed and down comforter, has double entry doors, private glass tile bathroom with double head shower. The second bedroom contains a king bed with down comforter. The third bedroom contains a Queen bed and a twin bench/bed. The fourth room has two bunks and one bench/bed, sleeping five.
A bonus Cabin sits on the property and is available for rent for large groups. The Cabin is a simple, modern unit sleeping up to four with a queen murphy bed, queen futon and a single futon.
