This is a beautiful three bedroom, three bath home on the second fairway of the Lakes Course in beautiful Princeville, Kauai. Enjoy the breathtaking views from literally EVERY room! Seriously--each room is like a "Photograph".. Split level design for entertainers delight.
Large living area and one of the master suites with a king size bed upstairs. Lovely screened in lanai overlooking mountain and waterfall views with flare of Hawaiiana Ambiance. Wonderful over-sized suite downstairs with its own private entrance. Both downstairs rooms face the golf course and open to patio overlooking lake views. Both of these rooms have their own bath and queen size beds. Relax on your own private patio while star gazing. There is plenty of extra room in the large oversized bedroom for us to set up a very comfortable airbed with linens. This is a great 4 bed if needed without using the living room.
Other special features of this truly golf corse home include tile floors throughout, vaulted ceilings, open floor plan with lots of windows and light.The house sits on a large lot that is fully landscaped for privacy and a tropical feeling with many floral, exotic palms, and fruit trees. This is equivalent of three hotel rooms but in a beautiful golf course frontage home for a fraction of the cost.
Lots of privacy for three couples or extended families. We will be leaving bikes, beach chairs, ice chest, games, ping pong table and much more for you and your guests enjoyment. We have turned the garage into a game room with cable tv, extra frig and the ping pong table. There is a 2 acre park across the way with a volleyball net and lots of room for other outdoor activities. You are also in walking distance to the playground and shopping center. Year Purchased: 2008
Mark and I are over 20 year residents of South Lake Tahoe. I am from Southern Ca and Mark is from Lee, Mass. We have a 15yr old daughter and 18 yr old son. Mark is a painting and general contractor and I own a small tanning salon in Lake Tahoe and take care of my vacation rentals. We work hard, ski, boat and look forward to our trips to Kauai. We have 2 Chinese pugs, sun conure bird and firebelly toads.
Why the Owner Chose Private Homes
We love the North Shore of kauai and princeville was a spectacular spot and we purchase our house kind of on accident and so glad we have it. we love that we can share our home with others. Some day we will stay the majority of our year here.
The Unique Benefits of this House
The house is on a large lot with lots of mature foliage and fruit trees. we can walk from the house to Annini Beach, Princeville center, Basketball court, volleyball, playgroup, etc. Our home has all the comforts of home and is fully stocked!
