Accomodates a couple (or a family/group up to 6 persons at adjusted pricing, all sleeping in beds.) Price per couple : $105 plus tax per night for Master bedroom with king bed, large living areas and full bath. Larger groups and more bedrooms at adjusted pricing.

Full kitchen with eating bar and prep island, living room, bedroom with king bed, second bedroom has queen bed and third bedroom has twin beds. Both second bedrooms have peek of the ocean views. Livingroom and diningroom have full ocean view. Two full baths with tub and shower are recently remodeled with tile, faux painted decor and plush towels.
House is located just 3 blocks from S. Kihei Road which features restaurants, theater, shopping, water adventures at Maui's famous beaches and the chance to enjoy the island's gorgeous sunsets. Easy freeway access. First turn to Wailea. Walk to beaches (3-4 blocks to Kam III or Keawekapu) or just kick back and enjoy the sunsets.
Outside shower. Enjoy the twinkling lights of the harbor and city below and the stars above.
Not on the beach, this full house is a stand alone unit, not in a condo complex. Not a condo! Provided for your use are beach towels. There is some other gear available, but owners do not guarantee that what you personally want will be available. If you want something specific, feel free to rent from any of the local rental equipment locations along S. Kihei Road. Pack a lunch in your fully equipped kitchen and head out for a day at the beach, or hiking at Haleakala. Drive to Hana and enjoy the rainforest. If you choose not to rent a car, there are transportation options available. Ask about airport pick up and tours of island attractions.

Note that security fee of $300, is payable at same time as booking fees and tax. This is fully refundable pending guests leaving unit in clean and habitable condition, no damage, breakage, missing items or excess cleaning. My only concerns after staying here were: (1) The roosters crowing early in the morning (2) the mosquitos in the patio were vicious, making outdoor activities difficult (3) the air conditioning is only in the bedroom, and discouraged for overnight use. It was hot when we were there, and the fans were not enough. Do make use of the nearby Safeway grocery (ask for a membership card to save a lot of money on groceries). Big Beach is about 5 miles away and a great place to get a tan and relax!

The main house has no roosters and is second story, so no mosquitos, although this is the tropics, so both things are possible on the island and in the garden areas. This house has great airflow, is insulated, has ceiling fans and curtains for sun control. The night time temperatures are in the low 70's, just right for sleeping. There are also extra fans if you are hot! We do everything we can to make your visit to paradise a wonderful experience. aloha!

We had the most wonderful time in your house! It felt like home away from home and we could pretend for a week that we lived on Maui. It is so conveniently located to amazing beaches, restaurants and shopping. The living area is big with comfortable seating and convenient kitchen. We loved waking up hearing the birds singing in the trees. We will definitely be back!

We returned to Maui for a class reunion and this has been one of our best vacations on Maui! We were immediately impressed with the ohana when we opened the front door...exactly as it is shown on your website! We were especially impressed with its cleanliness and decor. You've captured the feeling of ohana and we feel like we were staying with family. Mahalo nui loa for helping make our stay so comfortable and relaxing!

"We had a wonderful time at your beach house. You thought of everything for our needs. We used the wahser/dryer and it was a god-send with the little ones. The children loved the beach toys, snorkel, boogie boards, etc. Our son did a great job hooking us up with you. I will tell my friends.
