Our 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath Condo is ONLY One Building back from Beach. Only steps to the beach and NO streets to cross! Enjoy a nice Oceanview from 2 of the 3 Bedrooms. We are located on the third floor of a small six unit building. One reserved parking space with extra unreserved spaces available. There is over 1,200 square feet of living space.

The rooms are very large. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, a TV and a Master Bathroom. The second bedroom has 2 "NEW" Full size beds. The third bedroom has a full size bed and a "NEW" twin size bed. There is a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room with TV. The washer and dryer are inside the condo. The balcony is private and extra large. The furniture on the balcony is new. There is a table, cushioned chairs, and a two-person swing. Enjoy a beautiful view of the Bay from the balcony. We are located only 1 block from Coastal Highway and 3 Blocks from Northside Park. Maximum Occupancy is strictly enforced. Sorry but pets and smoking are NOT allowed.
