Nestled on the fifth tee box of the beautifully designed WCI community golf course enjoy breakfast on the lanai or take a relaxing swim in the homes private pool or hot tub. At night, the pool area comes alive with a relaxing light display showing the beautiful palms surrounding the home and golf course. In the mood, for a round of golf this comes with a golf passport for 2 month renters that provides unlimited golf and also the ability to play many of the areas other top private courses during the slow season (May-September). Only a 1 hour drive to Tampa Airport, 2 hours to Disney area and a 30 minute drive to sandy golf beaches the centralized location has an activity for all tastes. Don't want to leave the area then grill out as you watch the sunset over the courses fifth hole or head to Club grill which has different special nightly. You may also use the club fitness center or pool if you so desire. You will find yourself mesmerized by the tropical settings, the golf amenities, and the luxury of this Florida home.
