The Master bedroom has a private deck with river and mountain views, an office/den with floor to ceiling windows and skylights, 27"flat screen TV/DVD/VCR, ceiling fan, vaulted ceiling, a marble en-suite bath complete with sunken tub, separate shower and his/her vanity and a walk-in closet complete with built in dressers.
There are two additional bedrooms on the first level, one with built-in bunk beds, its own deck and the other with a Queen Bed and double closet. The bathroom for the lower level is off the hall and the family room and has two separate showers.
The family room down the hall is made for entertainment with another home theatre area, 42" TV, DVD, CD, VCR, wrap around couch and a separate area with card/game table. The deck off this area leads to the private hot tub and river access. There is a laundry room/mud room off this hall leading to the garage.
The remaining bedroom has a private entrance from the mudroom thru the garage and also has an entrance from the outside, off the deck with the hot tub. This room has a King bed, private deck, en-suite bath with shower and is perfect for seclusion or a nanny. This home sleeps 8 comfortably and is the perfect retreat with privacy, fantastic views and great light.
