Accommodations: Duplex - 1 Bedroom + Den - 1 Bath - (Sleeps 4-5)

Southwestern Decor' with Rustic Aspen Bar Seating - Cashiers, Smoky Mountains, North Carolina Vacation Rental Your Cedar Duplex is a first floor rental with Easy Access and Your Own Personal Hot Spa within your personal gated 'courtyard'. Your impeccably decorated rental has 'wagon wheels, saddle seating and southwestern theme.' Just one mile to Beautiful Lake Glenville where boat rentals & 'on the water fun supplies' are available for memorable activities. Kids love to play in the creek along your rental property banks. Outside Bar, FirePit and Barbecue Grill for your own personal use. This first floor rental totals 1,100 square feet. The 350 square foot Master Bedroom Suite' is equipped with a King Size Bed, woodburning fireplace, sitting area and a second TV w/DVD and Satelite. There's also an addtional sofa bed in this Master Bdrm as well as a Wonderful Treadmill with all the bells and whistles! The entry area welcomes spacious dining, a custom bar built to enjoy leisurely time and cocktails by another fireplace (gas). This area also has a 'Queen Size Bed' for more guests as well as another TV with Satellite and DVD/DVR.. A separate (shared) gameroom provides activities at no cost to guests as well as bike rentals w/helmets for a small fee. This Duplex, also called 'The Crickets Den' (so named as my husband's name is 'Cricket'.

Nightly @$68 Tues-Thursday stay(3 nights)w/ 1-2 guests. Added guest @$13/nt each.
Nightly @$78/nt if a only a 2 night stay with 1-2 guests on Tues Wed Thurs.
Mid-Wk ONE NIGHT ONLY Stay for $88 for 1-2 guest /Weekly ONLY $498 for 1-2 Guests
Fri Sat Sun @$88/nt. $38-$58 cleaning fee, depending on 'how many guests.
All Holiday Periods have a 3 night min @ $88/ WiFi-Wireless High Speed Internet is
available for a 'one-time only fee of $15' for unlimited use during full stay.
It takes your $85 deposit to 'Reserve your dates.'  This becomes your 'Refundable
Security Deposit.' That's it! There's no hidden fees!
