The lake house is a rustic lodge type house that is perfect for fishermen and families who want to enjoy Lake Logan Martin. The House has a large screened in porch and new pier. The house is located in Lisa's Cove near Stemley Bridge off of Highway 34. It is easy to find by both water and land. The Address is 160 lisas Cove Talladega Al 35160
The house has five bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, kitchen, fireplace, sunroom and large screened-in porch. The beds consist of one king, two queens, one double and one set of bunk beds with a double on the bottom. Completely furnished with central air-conditioning, dishwasher, stove microwave, coffee pot, cookware, charcoal grill, television with cable, DVD player, and outside stereo. To keep cost down we ask guest to bring Linens and towels.
Do not use my neighbors boat ramp or ask them. We do not have a boat ramp. Poorhouse marina is 2 miles from house by road and water. Please keep off of grass after heavy rains with cars and trucks.
ADDITIONAL RENTAL INFORMATION:
Week minimum for the months of June and July, Memorial Day Week and Labor Day Week. If you see that a week you are interested in is available two weeks before the week, please call and we may consider a three night minimum.
$200 Deposit will be returned within two weeks if property is not damaged.
Talladega Race Week - Must rent the entire week. There is a $500 deposit on race weeks. If you see that the week is available two weeks or less than the race, please call and we may consider a reduced rate.

We have stayed here for a few years, we love the area, the lake is beautiful. We love the big house. The covered front porch overlooking the lake is a great place to start off your morning.. The big covered patio porch is great for spending time with your family. It is a quiet peaceful place. The boat dock is great. We enjoy boating on the lake. The owners are wonderful. We will keep going back as long as they will have us. We cook out a lot and enjoy the lake. There is a winery close by that has great wine. Golfing close by, and shopping. We would recommend this property for people who want a wonderful great time.Recommended for: Families with young children, sightseeing, age 55+, adventure seekers.

We spent a week with our sons and their families and had a great time. The house isn't fancy, but is charming, and it was a good location for us.The description and photos were accurate, and the house and property were clean and well-maintained. The swimming area around the pier was good, and the screened-in porch was big and great for all of us to eat and play games. The owner was very helpful and easy to reach by phone. The ladies enjoyed shopping at the outlet mall in nearby Leeds. We all had a good time at the Pell City Steak House, and there is a really nice park near the Pell City Civic Center.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, age 55+, adventure seekers, girls getaway.

We had a great week at the lake house. Directly on the lake with swim off dock. Large bedrooms with rustic old hunting lodge feel. Small kitchen, but the screened in porch accommodated all the seating. Lake was awesome, not very busy. We pulled tubes and knee boards behind the boat with no high waves being an issue. Large TV in living room that you can plug in video games (different than pictured). Accommodates a LOT of people!Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, adventure seekers, girls getaway.

About the owner: My wife and I have been married for 10 years. And we have two children Reynolds and Marie. We are christians and have been very blessed. We love our lake House and rent it out to help with the expense of owning two homes. If you rent our lake house we hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
Why the Owner Chose Cropwell:
We chose Logan marting Lake because it has everything that we wanted in a vacation place close to our home. You are on the lake and away from the the city but when you need something you can be in town in 10 minutes. We also bought this property because it is easy to find and you do not have to have a GPS to find it.

The most unigue benifit to this property is the large porch and gental sloap walkway to the lake.
