The house is suitable for a family with 2 children or for 2 couples.

- a living room including a dining room with a table for 4 to 6 people and a well-equipped kitchen area (microwave, oven, dishwasher, induction hob, fridge, raclette machine ... as well as the entire background necessary)
- a living room / bedroom overlooking the terrace
The living room is equipped with a 3 seater convertible sofa with TV and DVD player. It turns into a bedroom at nightfall, with a 140x190 bed (slatted base and Bultex mattress)
The terrace, as soon as the weather permits, allows you to take your meals outside.

Upstairs :
- a bedroom with a large bed (160x200) and LED TV overlooks the public garden
- a bathroom with shower and heated towel rail

The house does not have a garage or private parking. However, you can find places (for a fee) in the street to park. There is also a large free car park a little further down the boulevard (around 350 meters).
