The large, screened patio overlooks lush fenced backyard with grill and tropical trees. You can step out the front door and walk 1/2 block to the Beach.

Also walk to island's restaurants, marinas, and beautiful Palm Beach Inlet. There is a paved walkway through the little beach town ending at the beautiful inlet where you can sit in a covered area to watch the boats come and go. Singer Island is located just over a bridge from West Palm Beach.

The house is situated in Palm Beach Shores, one of the last remaining cottage beach towns with its own town hall and police station.

Yearly Rental ....... $1900/month for 12 month lease.
6 Month Rental ...... $2800/month for  6 month seasonal rental.
Peak Months Rental .. $3100/month (ONLY January, February, March).
We can negotiate rental amount between 1 & 6 months.
$180 per night except during peak months.  5 night minimum
Rentals less than 6 months require 11.5% sales tax
