Infinity Pool and Restaurant - Cabo San Lucas Luxury Vacation Accommodation This new resort property is directly adjacent to the WESTIN RESORT & SPA LOS CABOS, a beautiful 5 star resort, and includes all the services and amenities one would expect at such a resort. The Private Ocean Residences at Grand Regina are a statement of excellence with ocean front views. The resort is next to the Westin Resort & Spa Los Cabos and residents at the Grand Regina have full use of the facilities at the Westin in addition to all the facilities at the Grand Regina. The residence available has two large bedrooms (King in one and two Queen beds in the other), three bathrooms, washer/dryer, full kitchen, spacious and open living area (with sofa that converts into 2 twin beds), and large private terrace with jacuzzi. A total of 3 TV's (42" Plasma, 35", and 32") each with a DVD, and a stereo w/ outdoor speaker. There is also free broadband and Wi-Fi internet service. The residence is approx 2,000 square feet of indoor/outdoor space and was recently completed in 2006. The hotel rooms at the Westin next door are approximately 400-500 square feet and are currently renting for over $500/night (including taxes) or over $3,500/week for a hotel room. This residence is like having 4 hotel rooms in size including a full kitchen (supermarkets are nearby including a Costco and WalMart)!! Resort Services: Concierge, parking, baby sitter, daily housekeeping, full laundry, airport transfers available and shuttle service to San José Del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas (reservation required). Resort Amenities: Grand Regina - Specialty restaurant, lounge, three pools (one adults only), fitness center, Westin Resort & Spa Los Cabos - 5 - restaurants, 4 - lounges, pool bar, 7- pools (one adults only), spa and fitness center, two lighted tennis courts, Kids Club, 650-foot beach front, deli, 24-hour security, parking.
