Developer's Unit, Best unit is complex!! Newly remodeled deluxe 2nd story two bedroom two and a half bath. (One bedroom is a large loft with a half bath.) The lanai is screened and looks over the first tee at the Golf Club, at beautiful Turtle Bay Resort.
We offer ceiling fans in each room and an air conditioner in the master. The master bedroom has a king size bed and TV. The loft offers two new twin beds. The living room has a double hide-a-bed.
The unit sleeps 6 people. The kitchen offers all new appliances and granite counter tops. The unit is light and breezy with two skylights. The downstairs is tiled throughout.
Unit #4 is next door to the new Lei Lei's restaurant. Walk to the resort & enjoy many restaurants, with 800 acres of unspoiled beaches and horseback riding, & 2 - 18 hole championship golf courses. There is a community BBQ, swimming pool, and tennis court area.
Condo Rules:
* Garbage must be removed daily and on check out. $25 is charged for any garbage left in the unit.
* No loud noise after 10PM
* No fires on the beach
* Park in stall #4 or guest parking only
* Do not obstruct the hallways
* Lost keys have extra charge: $75 each
* Lost security card $150 each
