Beautifully designed--entire first floor handicap accessible with kitchen, den, dining, bath, and two bedrooms. Tile thru-out first floor; carpet in upstairs bedrooms. Upper and lower covered balconies. Satellite TV in den, plus basic cable on 5 other tvs. Outside hot and cold shower.
