We wanted to make sure and tell you what a great time we had this week during our vacation and staying in your cabin. Everything was exactly as you stated and we really enjoyed your place. It was the perfect size for our family, nice and clean, and it had everything we needed. We filled the days with mountain climbing, shopping, and exploring the whole area. Our nights were spent at the shows, great dinners, and enjoying your deck and Jacuzzi. We had a blast, thank you!

We enjoyed our stay at The Rusty Nail. Brooke, the owner, is great at communicating with you. The directions are right on. You will not get GPS service so don't forget your directions. Cabin is nice and roomy. However, I agree with a previous guest, the kitchen needs more dishes, glasses, utensils, etc. We will be back again. Loved it!

Nice Cabin

We spent a week in the Pigeon Forge area and had a great time at the Rusty Nail. The cabin is in great condition and we enjoyed the time there exploring the area. The directions to the cabin were great and the owner was great in communication. The cabin could use a couple nice little touches like a DVD player in the living room, a few more dishes, but the cabin was nice, quiet, and convenient to all the attractions. Thanks for a great week away. We'll be back some time soon!

This was our first time to rent a cabin on vacation, and this is definitely the way to go - far superior to being crammed into a hotel room. The cabin was clean and spacious and so comfortable. The pool table in the loft gave the kids something fun to do so that everyone in the family could have a little relaxing down time after a day of hiking.

This is a wonderful place for a weekend or extended stay vacation! The cabin is VERY well kept and updated so that you can get away from it all, but still be connected. The cabin is at the perfect position located at the very top of the hill making the scenery from the cabin and outdoor hottub spectacular! The cabin is the perfect size for two or to bring your family and friends. It is also located about five minutes from all the restaurants and attractions that Pigeon Forge has to offer and only about a 30 minute drive to Gatlinburg for some awesome skiing! Looking forward to the next time I'm in Pigeon Forge and staying at the Rusty Nail :)

We had a blast. The cabin was clean and decorated for Christmas. On our last day we woke up to snow which was very pretty. We loved playing pool and enjoy the views from the deck and the hot tub. We will be returning to the Rusty Nail soon!

We had a great time in the mountains. This was the first vacation that my family has been on since we had our daughter that is now two years old. We absolutely loved the cabin and everything that it had to offer. The location of the cabin was great it didn’t take us long to get out to the main street. We would love to come back for a week so that we have more time to relax. We will definitely recommend The Rusty Nail to all our friends and family.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week long stay at The Rusty Nail. It was an awesome experience . Staying in a log cabin really makes vacationing in the mountains of Tennessee a great experience. The girls loved sleeping in the loft and they played pool frequently and listened to the stereo. My husband and his father also enjoyed the pool table. We enjoyed the location. It really was not far from the parkway. We will definitely love to stay at the Rusty Nail again in the future. Thank you so much.

The Rusty Nail was the perfect place for us to stay on our vacation to the Smokies. The cabin was attractive in decor and welcoming when we walked in the door. Cabin has a beautiful wrap around porch and hot tub on back deck. We got up every morning to sit and listen to the birds and rock in the rocking chairs on the back deck. The kids loved the pool table and the hot tub. It does have a nice folding crib, high chair, and booster, which was nice for our young child. The cabin was at the very top of the hill and is over 250 feet higher up in elevation than the entrance at the main road (according to the GPS). The cabin was very close to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge to drive to attractions, but we were very happy staying at the cabin and relaxing for a couple of days too. We would recommend internet access to help plan our activities, but there are plenty of fliers to pick up anywhere you go for information. We would recommend this cabin to others. We were happy with our stay! The kids did not want to come home!

We stayed March 22, 2009 to March 27, 2009. Lucky was very helpful when we needed anything! We loved being able to just sit back and relax. And that is just what we did. We all loved the hot tub and the pool table. I will recomend the Rusty Nail to all of my friends and family wanting to go to the Pigeon forge area! THANKS FOR LETTING US ENJOY YOUR BEAUTIFUL PROPERTY!!!! THE ONLY THING THAT NEEDS IMPROVEMENT, IT WOULD BE NICE TO BE ABLR TO ORDER PAY PER VIEW MOVIES. THE WIFE AND KIDS WANTED TO RENT TWILIGHT.

We had a WONDERFUL time at your cabin. Thank you so much for sharing it with us. Everything was perfect. For the past 3 years, we've stayed in Brother's Cove. But, we all agree that we want to go back to The Rusty Nail from now on. We go to Gatlinburg every Spring for my husband's birthday. Hopefully, it will be available next year when we go. The kids loved the game room. Honestly, I never knew that foosball was so fun! Again, thank you. I'll be in touch next Spring.

Rusty Nail - thank you! We have stayed in many vacation rentals from Kiawah Island to Lake Tahoe and you never exactly know how the accomodations will be....but I can honestly say you greatly exceeded my expectations. The house and the amenities were all brand new. We especially appreciated all the small details (i.e. baby crib, high def plasma tv, game room, proximity to restaurants/shopping, etc).
