Two heated spa pools allows you to enjoy the outside even in the coolest of weather. This area is beautifully landscaped with many large palms. The area and the pool is lighted at night with fiber optic lighting making it even more spectacular.
Every effort has been made to make your stay an enjoyable experience. And there is more to come. A 90-slip deep-water marina will soon provide on-site boat docking.
You can even enjoy the best of both worlds....the Bay and the Gulf side. An elevated walkway across highway 98 connects you to the Destin West Gulf side. This allows you and the family a quick trip to the beach without worrying about the traffic. Chairs and umbrellas are availale for rental. The sugar white sands and the majestic sunset are to be enjoyed by all. Kids will love the Water Garden. Adults will enjoy the state of the art Fitness center that is one of a kind in the area. Both properties are conveniently located near the famous Fishing Pier/Boardwalk, Island Gulf, The Emerald Coast Convention Center and Gulfarium.

Why the Owner Chose Destin West Beach and Bay Resort
We chose to purchase our "Home Away From Home" because we loved visiting the sugar white beaches of this area and the beautiful aqua blue water. Also we were impressed with the lazy river and the aminities that Destin West offers.
Having always loved the salt water fishing activities, we enjoyed fishing for the big one and eating at the great seafood restaurants. Of course we found many other fabulous restaurants here. The discount shopping was great and so were the many fine speciality shops. We found many attractions that kept our family busy for a long time.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
We love the lazy river and you can find adults are well as kids that will enjoy the ride. At night the river is beautiful with the fiber optic lights that enhance the river . The large pool has a "zero" entrance and is nice for the "little ones". The kids will love the waterfall. With two hot tubs you can always find space in one and they are even enjoyable during the summer months. We feel it is nice that the Osprey Building has a separate pool for the Oprey guest only. When the other pool gets busy it is a nice escape. We also love having the opportunity to sit on the balcony late in the afternoon and watch the fishing boats come in and if we are lucky the dolphins will follow.
As the sunsets you will never forget the sun as set set over the water. You will want to take pictures as a rememberance.
There is a book for all the favorite restaurants located in the condo. Why not leave us a brochure in the book of your favorite?
Remember the elevator that takes you across the Miracle Strip Parkway. Do not forget the amenities that the beach side Destin West offers to all of our guest.
