This elegantly decorated 3 bedroom, 2 bath unit will sleep up to 8 people. Enjoy the panoramic view of the Bay as you watch the fishing boats, sailboats and the dolphins as they play. The oversized balcony, seating 8 people, has comfortable cushioned furniture that will allow you to enjoy the 700' lazy river as it flows gently around the large heated pool with waterfall. Two heated spa pools allows you to enjoy the outside even in the coolest of weather. This area is beautifully landscaped with many large palms. The area and the pool is lighted at night with fiber optic lighting making it even more spectacular.
Every effort has been made to make your stay an enjoyable experience. And there is more to come. A 90-slip deep-water marina will soon provide on-site boat docking.
You can even enjoy the best of both worlds....the Bay and the Gulf side. An elevated walkway across highway 98 connects you to the Destin West Gulf side. This allows you and the family a quick trip to the beach without worrying about the traffic.
The sugar white sands and the majestic sunset are to be enjoyed by all. Kids will love the Water Garden. Adults will enjoy the state of the art Fitness center that is one of a kind in the area. Both properties are conveniently located near the famous Fishing Pier/Boardwalk, Island Gulf, The Emerald Coast Convention Center and Gulfarium. The Okaloosa Airport is only 15 minutes away.

We LOVED the Condo!!!!! My son was playing baseball during the day so we really got to enjoy the condo at night. We ate soooo much!! The Crab Trap was great!!! The Melting Pot was great also. The beach and the lazy river was very relaxing. Thanks for a great Spring Break.

The condo is wonderful - beautifully decorated & well situated on the property with beautiful views. We have really enjoyed this vacation. We've seen more marine life here than anywhere else. My grand daughters & my sons have really enjoyed their visit. The girls loved all the toys stored outside. We love this condo so much we hope to use it again! I can't wait for our nrxt visit, no one wants to leave. Thanks so much for giving us a great vacation!

The most enjoyable vacation! Your condo is spacious, the view is awesome. We felt right at home. It was nice to be able to watch our kids play in the lagoon while enjoying the theatrics of the birds. All the TV's were handy for all different taste. Tha pleasant walk to the beach was well worth it. The Lazy River was so relaxing. The dolphins at the beach put on quite a performance. They swam right along side with the ones playing in the water. It was awesome & we plan to return.

This was the best vacation we have ever had!! The condo was very clean & neat! The pictures on your website does not do it justice. We were married on the beach during this trip & it was heavenly. Between our ceremony & the condo we could not have asked for anything better. The view was great for our relaxation & your kitchen got much use. Wonderful is the word to describe it. WOW! We had a fantastic time! Your home was more than we ever expected. We will definitely be back! We got up early, played all day at the ocean, the lazy river & pools & all that Destin offered, then could not wait to climb into your comfy beds. This has been the BEST, most AMAZING trip ever. We had a fantastic time. Every morning we would get up & wait for the rush to go reserve pool lay-out chairs & a covered table. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the Lazy River & pools and well I guess you could say the adults enjoyed it too. The condo was way more than any of us expected. Your decor is absolutely beautiful. Oh, and the beds. Thats about all you have to say about them, they were incredible! This is our second year to come to Destin West & we will defintely be coming back to this exact condo next year! From laying out all day to sitting on the balcony till wee hours in the morning, we loved every part of it. Thanks so much for sharing your beautiful condo with us.
