My wife and I stayed at this townhouse from Dec 1 - April 2011 and we had a great time. The location is perfect, close to everything. The 24/7 security makes you feel very comfortable and the security staff were very friendly and inviting. Most of the other townhouses are rentals so you get to meet alot of people from all over the world. The grounds are very well maintained and the pool was perfect to relax in after a long day at the parks. The owner, Brian, was very helpful and was always available to answer any and all questions. We would definitely recommend this townhouse to anyone who was thinking of staying in the Kissimmee area. Thanks again Brian for sharing your townhouse.

A wonderful vacation

Our family of 6 stayed in this villa in July 2010. Prior to our check-in, all of our questions were answered very promptly and the owner far exceeded any expectations we ever had as far as courtesy and friendliness. The listing was absolutely everything it promised. The property was beautiful and the villa was very clean and well maintained. We enjoyed the swimming pool with the kids and some of the kids even did a little fishing (catch and release) in the pond. Our goal was to stay close enough to Disney World for convenience sake and the minimal travel to the Disney Parks was very acceptable to us (about 10 to 15 minutes depending on traffic). We would definitely recommend this property to anyone.

Stayed in Brian's condo for the month of May while relocating to Orlando. It could not have worked out any better! The unit was exactly as advertised and Brian was wonderful to deal with. Rooms were spacious and clean. The phone and internet being included was a great benefit as we were trying to settle affairs at home, while getting acclimated to our new location. We only had one minor maintenance issue ( the lock box broke), we contacted Brian and it was fixed in no time. He was a great owner to work with! The complex itself was new very well maintained, the gardens were landscaped and the area was always clean and picked up. The pool area was beautiful. Location was very central to Disney, Kissimmee and the airport. It was nice having Sam's Club across the street and a WalMart and Target within 2 miles. The only negative was that the kitchen could have been stocked a little better. Some basics we expected like a cookie sheet or a pan to use in the oven were missing. We highly recommend Seven Dwarfs Villas and Brian's rental in particular!

The townhouse is exactly as stated in the listing. Its spotless and everything is perfect. I've rented from other people before, and from now on I'll be renting from Brian. Its nice to have a jacuzzi tub to come home to after a long day at the parks. The staff is very professional and we had no issues with the security.

Just back from 11 nights.Excellent unit. Had lots of questions prior to the stay and Brian was prompt in the answers.We recieved a phone call the night of our arrival from Brian to ensure everything was o.k. which I thought was a nice touch. This unit has a lockbox so you do not have to go to another location to get the keys. The place was clean upon arrival. This place is really worth considering.I read a couple of reviews complaining about the security and management at the Villa's but my experience was any of my interaction with the security or maintaince people was polite and professional.
