Located on the 6th floor with easy elevator and walkway access, our condo offers two full bedrooms and baths, a third bedroom with two large bunk beds, and a comfortable queen-size sleeper sofa - plenty of room for the entire family! The open floor plan allows magnificent views from almost every room.
Relax on the large private balcony and enjoy soothing sea breezes and awesome sunsets over sugar-white sands and crystalline waters. The balcony, accessible from the master bedroom and the den, offers spectacular panoramic views of the gulf and beach. You might even catch a dolphin show right from the balcony!
Our condo includes a modern kitchen appointed with Corian countertops and all amenities within easy reach. You'll find everything you need in our condo, from a wet bar with ice maker, flat-screen TVs in the the living room and full bedrooms, and a DVD player and video game player in the living room.
Our laundry room with washer and dryer allows you to pack light, and all linens are provided. All you need to bring are your beach towels! Our onsite maintenance plan assures that your vacation will be worry-free.
Majestic Beach Towers features include 650 feet of gulf frontage, multiple dune walkovers, boardwalk, five pools (two heated) and a kiddie pool. Enjoy air-conditioned walkovers from the parking garage, health club and theater.
Rental Information:
*No students or singles under 25 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent.
*NO PETS, NO SMOKING.
*$250 deposit due at time of reservation.
*Half of rental due 60 days prior to arrival, remainder due 30 days prior to arrival.
*Weekly and monthly rentals available.
*Three-night minimum.
*Rental contract required.
*Add departure cleaning fee($115)and Florida sales taxes (12.6%).
