The condominium is in excellent condition, and has all the amenities you could want in a home or vacation get-away. It is bright and airy, overlooking a quiet garden.
The condominum is part of a complex, the Courtyards in Cityplace, which has a resort-like feel. There are tropical gardens with fountains and benches and a large pool and sun deck with a group hot tub. The club house includes a fully-equipped gym, library, and film screening room. The Courtyards also has an attached garage with assigned parking spaces, 24 hour security and a concierge service.
Right outside your door is the vibrant neighborhood "Cityplace". You can enjoy coffee and music on the plaza, shop in the unique boutiques and other fine stores, dine in one of the many first-class restaurants, or go to the movies or attend a performance at the nearby Kravis Center for the Performing Arts Center. If you are interested in exploring the neighborhood a bit more, Clematis Street with its trendy shops and restaurants is just a few blocks (and free trolley ride) away.
Cityplace is located just 15 minutes from West Palm Beach International Airport, and about one hour from Fort Lauderdale's Airport. It is a great base from which to explore the East Coast of Florida.
