Nice, clean, updated condo

We stayed here on Dec. 3-7 and had a lovely time. We stayed here 2 years ago and the unit was great then but the new updates are really nice. Granite counter tops, new carpet, flat screen television and we love the large bathroom. We only eat breakfast at the condo but it is furnished with all you need to cook. The grounds are kept up well, they were actually working on them 2 of the days we were there, landscaping and putting in a new security system so it is a safe place to stay. We took a walk everyday up and down Estero Blvd. People are nice and friendly and lots of eating places right across the street from the condo. Got some grocery items down the street at the Publix grocery store which has a great deli with hot and cold food items. Kudos to Kathy for accomodating guests who can't rent for a whole week, not so common for condos in Florida. We have already recommended this unit to some friends of ours who go to Ft. Myers Beach every winter. Great unit for a couple but it does have a smaller fold out sofa bed that could sleep extra people. Kathy, thanks for sharing your beautiful condo with us.

Sweet Retreat!

This was my first time staying on the south end of FMB. I was very happy with my decision. EBTC grounds are very well kept. Very safe and quiet area. And yet, just a short hop on the trolley and you are minutes to Times Square. The condo was well appointed, clean and charming. I especially appreciated the lanai did not get the direct hot sun, so it was a very nice morning and evening retreat. Kathy was great to work with. I have stayed many places on FMB and this cozy little condo gets thumbs up for sure!

Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, age 55+, people with disabilities.

My wife and I stayed enjoyed our week long stay in the condo (May 2011). The pictures represent the condo unit very well. The unit is clean, updated, and most importantly right on the beach. We really enjoed the fact that it was on the quiet end of the island, still plenty of things to do, and still close enough to Times Square area if you wanted a little more activity. Kathy has been very easy to work with and we look forward to visting again. Thanks again!

We stayed here last November while playing in the Roy Hobbs Baseball tounament and the place was very clean and neat, really liked the remodeled kitchen. It was very quiet and relaxing with a real nice beach and the amenities you needed . Had good time at the restaurants across the street and the Sand Sculpturing . Hope to be back this November

We had a wonderful time at the condo. Everything you could possibly need was provided. The location is great, on the quiet end of the island. There is Santini Plaza across the street, shopping, restaurants, entertainment. The trolley takes you up and down the island for .50 a ride so you don't have to drive. The beaches are beautiful. All the people we met at the condo were so nice and friendly, coming back year after year. We will definetly be back next year.

Stayed in this condo 2009 and it was great loved everything. I'm sorry it's booked for 2010 was looking forward to staying again. It has a great kitchen and bathroom. I also enjoy the location there are so many things you can walk to and never use your car. The pool area is relaxing with palm trees and a view of the beach.

Wow... we just got back from an awesome vacation! The place was perfect! It was so clean and really cute inside... it had everything!! Beach towels, fishing poles, beach umbrella, two TVs, DVD player... and that kitchen... was just perfect!! I can't wait until next year!! I'm counting the days!

It was wonderful. We had a great time. The condo is so nice and clean. Some good places to eat just accross the street also for us (ladies) some good shops to go thru. So close it's a nice walk. Looking forward to 2011 so we can get back down there. Fort Meyers beach is the best. The great white sand and shells. Gotta love it.

We just returned from a 5 night stay in this condo. It was very clean and comfortable. The grounds are large and kept up nicely. We were close to the Publix grocery store and there are several restaurants just across the street. This is a great unit and the price was great.
