I wanted to do this review while we were still here so i would not forget once home and back to the routine. This is a great place to spend a holiday. The condo has everything you need, clean and completely updated. The complex is well maintained and probably one of the top properties on the strip. Location, location is everything and this is what you can expect here, private beach, great pool and wonderful tennis courts. Just across the street are great places to eat, and many other things you will be looking for. This condo has been much more than we expected, thanks Kathy for the great vacation!!

Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, families with young children, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

(Almost) perfect honeymoon experience

We stayed here for our honeymoon. Fort Myers Beach is gorgeous, the beaches unbelievable, the sunsets straight from a Hollywood film and many of the houses surprisingly lovely. The apartment was very nice. The decor was very tasteful, the kitchen especially, and the king bed extremely comfortable. Everything looked very clean and new. The condo block was also well maintained with wonderful access to the beach and a nice swimming pool. Our main gripes were that the apartment doesn't, as stated, have a washer & dryer. There's a communual one for the block but that's hardly the same thing. The view isn't as advertised either - you have to go onto the balcony to see the sea. And why have a kitchen if you're not going to have a proper oven? Otherwise, though, this is a value-for-money apartment in a beautiful part of the world.

Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway.

Owner response: Our newly renovated beachfront condo offers a wide variety of amenities for visitors seeking a comfortable, stress-free getaway. The gorgeous and spacious kitchen includes a convection/microwave oven (big enough for a roast), dishwasher, four burner stovetop, garbage disposal and full size refrigerator. An added plus to the condo location is the beautiful view of the "Gulf of Mexico" through a living room window as well as from the balcony. This angled view helps to keep the condo cooler throughout the hot, sunny days. Fortunately, our condo location also allows guests to comfortably sit on the balcony all day (escaping direct sunlight) and to enjoy the view of the "Gulf of Mexico" and Sanibel Island in the distance. (Please see the VRBO site for unaltered, real photos taken by us.) An added convenience is that each condo building has its own laundry facility, with washers and dryers, on the first floor. Besides being just steps away from the beach, our condo complex also features tennis courts, a renovated pool and deck area, barbecue grills, free WiFi and more.

Nice, clean, updated condo

We stayed here on Dec. 3-7 and had a lovely time. We stayed here 2 years ago and the unit was great then but the new updates are really nice. Granite counter tops, new carpet, flat screen television and we love the large bathroom. We only eat breakfast at the condo but it is furnished with all you need to cook. The grounds are kept up well, they were actually working on them 2 of the days we were there, landscaping and putting in a new security system so it is a safe place to stay. We took a walk everyday up and down Estero Blvd. People are nice and friendly and lots of eating places right across the street from the condo. Got some grocery items down the street at the Publix grocery store which has a great deli with hot and cold food items. Kudos to Kathy for accomodating guests who can't rent for a whole week, not so common for condos in Florida. We have already recommended this unit to some friends of ours who go to Ft. Myers Beach every winter. Great unit for a couple but it does have a smaller fold out sofa bed that could sleep extra people. Kathy, thanks for sharing your beautiful condo with us.

This was my first time staying on the south end of FMB. I was very happy with my decision. EBTC grounds are very well kept. Very safe and quiet area. And yet, just a short hop on the trolley and you are minutes to Times Square. The condo was well appointed, clean and charming. I especially appreciated the lanai did not get the direct hot sun, so it was a very nice morning and evening retreat. Kathy was great to work with. I have stayed many places on FMB and this cozy little condo gets thumbs up for sure!

I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your wonderfully decorated condo. Everything is so NEW! In fact, I'm renovating my kitchen exactly the same! Our friends were so jealous that we got to rent the "cool" condo! It was great to sit out on the balcony all day.... so peaceful and what a perfect view.. I think I actually saw dolphins as I was sitting there.... Our return trip can't come any sooner!

My wife and I stayed enjoyed our week long stay in the condo (May 2011). The pictures represent the condo unit very well. The unit is clean, updated, and most importantly right on the beach. We really enjoed the fact that it was on the quiet end of the island, still plenty of things to do, and still close enough to Times Square area if you wanted a little more activity. Kathy has been very easy to work with and we look forward to visting again. Thanks again!

We had a wonderful time at the condo. Everything you could possibly need was provided. The location is great, on the quiet end of the island. There is Santini Plaza across the street, shopping, restaurants, entertainment. The trolley takes you up and down the island for .50 a ride so you don't have to drive. The beaches are beautiful. All the people we met at the condo were so nice and friendly, coming back year after year. We will definetly be back next year.

We stayed here last November while playing in the Roy Hobbs Baseball tounament and the place was very clean and neat, really liked the remodeled kitchen. It was very quiet and relaxing with a real nice beach and the amenities you needed . Had good time at the restaurants across the street and the Sand Sculpturing . Hope to be back this November

Wow... we just got back from an awesome vacation! The place was perfect! It was so clean and really cute inside... it had everything!! Beach towels, fishing poles, beach umbrella, two TVs, DVD player... and that kitchen... was just perfect!! I can't wait until next year!! I'm counting the days!

It was wonderful. We had a great time. The condo is so nice and clean. Some good places to eat just accross the street also for us (ladies) some good shops to go thru. So close it's a nice walk. Looking forward to 2011 so we can get back down there. Fort Meyers beach is the best. The great white sand and shells. Gotta love it.

We just returned from a 5 night stay in this condo. It was very clean and comfortable. The grounds are large and kept up nicely. We were close to the Publix grocery store and there are several restaurants just across the street. This is a great unit and the price was great.

Stayed in this condo 2009 and it was great loved everything. I'm sorry it's booked for 2010 was looking forward to staying again. It has a great kitchen and bathroom. I also enjoy the location there are so many things you can walk to and never use your car. The pool area is relaxing with palm trees and a view of the beach.

We just left this condo this morning, and we had such a wonderful time staying here. Very clean, quiet, and comfortable. Even during the holiday season, this complex is very peaceful and relaxing. Not to mention, the amazing rental rates! Thank you!!!

I stayed here in August 2008 as a close-to-home getaway. This is a great spot to stay on the beach - great shopping and restaurants just across the street and the Gulf just out the back door. It's a lovely condo; a comfortable, quiet place to relax.
