Luxurious direct oceanfront 2700 square foot, twenty-fourth floor Condominium with a large 175 square foot private balcony with patio furniture in the nicest building in Myrtle Beach.
It features a huge fully stocked kitchen, a dining room table with seating for eight, and three large bedrooms including a master with direct access to the balcony. The kitchen has bar stools that pull up to an eating area and the laundry room has a separate entrance from the hallway with a full sink making trips back from the pool or beach a breeze. All bedrooms have a large tv with dvd players and their own full bathrooms. The Margate features tropical landscape around a bi-level oceanfront pool, hot tub, and front desk full time attendant.
Kingston Plantation is a private 145 acre beautifully landscaped resort complete with walking paths and lakes. It features 14 pools, Starbucks Coffee, a beachfront boardwalk connecting all the resort buildings and amentities, 1/2 mile of secluded beach, several restaurants and bars along with a 24 hour security entrance gate.
Kingston is minutes from all the action and hundreds of golf courses, but it's tree lined streets and acres of freshwater natural lakes make it the best of both worlds. There is a 50,000 square feett health and sports club complex complete with tennis courts and a huge workout facility with all modern equipment.

Why the Owner Chose Margate Tower
We chose to purchase in Kingston Plantation because of the incredible amentities located on site from the beach side boardwalk, on site fitness center and Starbucks coffee all at a resort that is so close to the action but where quiet tree lined streets and freshwater lakes are around every corner. It's only 5 minutes from everything that Myrtle Beach has to offer but a million miles away from the hussle and bustle of the strip.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
This unit offers a fantastic view as far as the eye can see up the beach. It is the tallest building in South Carolina and the double decker pool complex is really great for relaxing and taking a dip. Wireless internet access, a separate entry into the laundry room and a newly redesinged interior really set this place apart from the rest.

We enjoyed our stat in your unit again for Thanksgiving. It was spacious and furnishings were comfortable.kitchen was well stocked with the exception of carving knives.
