Our wonderful Black Butte home is situated on a large lot nestled amongst the Aspens. Located in a private neighborhood, we are just steps away from Big Meadow's 17th hole and the Big Meadow Pro Shop and restaurant. Close to pools, tennis courts, bike paths and all the wonderful amenities that Black Butte has to offer.
This 1500 square foot home is warm and welcoming with an updated Western décor. There are three bedrooms, two of which are master suites. The main master suite was recently added on. This spacious bedroom has a king size bed, vaulted ceiling, ceiling fan,cable TV and DVD player. The attached master bath boast tiled floors and counter tops,shower and tub. The second master suite has a queen size bed complete with a down comforter. This bedroom also has Cable TV. The attached bath has tiled floors and a built-in shower. The third bedroom is perfect for kids. This "Rodeo" themed bedroom has two twin beds with built-in storage and down comforters on each bed. The third bathroom is also a full bath. All bedrooms and baths are located on the main level.
The Kitchen is fully equipped. All utensils,dishware and cookware have been recently updated. There is a breakfast bar and dining nook. Doors from the kitchen and nook lead out to a very spacious deck with plenty of room for summer barbeques.
Step up to a large family room with vaulted ceilings. There is an abundance of comfortable seating for TV viewing or family gatherings around the large rock fireplace. There is also a game table for overflow seating or family game night!
This home is ideal for golf weekends and family get-aways!
