  I have been to Rocky Point many times and to be honest it was not my favorite destination, but my stay at Las Palomas Resort has changed the way I see Rocky Point now. A lot of us are afraid about the safety when traveling to Mexico, but Rocky Point is very safe. At Las Palomas Resort there is a group of people monitoring safety and making sure that only guest are within the resort premises. The resort itself is amazing and gives you plenty of activities for you and your family to enjoy. As you can see on the photos, the resort is within steps from the beach which gives you the opportunity to go back and forth from the beach and the pool area as much as you want. The resort also has palapas at the beach which are only available to guest. This Condo is very nice, clean, fully furnished and fully equipped. It is located on the 5th Floor which allows for a great view from the balcony. The Kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils you need to prepare your favorite meals. This allowed us to go out to the local fish market and grocery store to buy fresh ingredients to prepare our meals. The patio is also fully equipped with a big patio table, a bench, two lounge chairs and a Hammock. The view from the balcony is beautiful and relaxing. We turned the patio table into our formal dining table to enjoy our meals while enjoying the beautiful view to the pool area and the beach. I had such a great time and looking forward to going back soon. This is such a great place for a relaxing weekend getaway. I really recommend it to anyone who wants to have a good time.

  Beautifully decorated, well equipped condo with direct ocean view. Complex was clean and well maintained, staff was very friendly. Owner was in close communication during the reservation process with helpful info. Would highly recommend this condo in the future. Puerto Penasco is a unique resort village and is safe despite the news media.

  Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, sightseeing.

  I've stayed in many condos at Las Palomas since it was built, but this passed July 4th was the first time I stayed at Bruce's Rubi 506. The condo is outfitted with a lot of 'little extras' such as a telescope, hammock, extra bed, etc.; that make the holiday much more enjoyable. If you're not familiar with the varied floor plans, make sure you choose a condo like this one where all three ocean-facing rooms open up to the wide and roomy balcony. Rubi is the center building giving you a semetrical view when you look out passed the 7 pools and spot dolphins in the Sea of Cortez. Las Palomas is my family's favorite vacation spot.

  Our vacation stay was for 7 days at The Moore Family's resort in August 2008 and it was perfect. The condo had everything we needed and we had an absolutely wonderful time; completely relaxing and perfect. It was one of the best and most relaxing vacations we have had and will not hesitate to recommend their condo or go back in the future! Thanks to the Moore family for sharing their little piece of paradise!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  BRUCE: EVERYTHING IS BETTER THAN PERFECT, THE CONDO IS EXELLENT, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT. THE BEACH AT LAS PALOMAS IS VERY CLEAN AND IT'S PERFECT AND SAFE FOR KIDS,(BETTER THAN CANCUN,IXTAPA ETC...)AS WELLS AS THE POOLS. WE WILL BE BACK AS SOON AS POSSIBLE THANK YOU. LUIS HOLGUIN & FAMILY

  The whole experience was a absolutely great. Making the reservation and paying it was fast and easy. The apartment was like being at home, the resort and its swimming pools are great and the kids just LOVED the beach.

  What a lovely and pleasant place to stay and enjoy your time while at Rocky point. Barb and I along with our friends from Denver had the opportunity to rent this condo over the Memorial Day weekend and could not have been more pleased with our selection. Tastefully decorated, spectacular ocean views, and great service all included. Everything from the full length balcony with a marvelous view of the pools and ocean to the top notch staff at Las Palomas will keep us coming back but only if we can get this condo from Bruce. Anything less would be a disappointment. It felt so peaceful and relaxing that we even snuggled up one night on the large hammock and slept outside. We couldn’t have asked for better accommodations. I would highly recommend contacting Bruce and experience it yourself. I know as for us, WE WILL BE BACK. Thanks Bruce, we truly enjoyed it.

  Wow! That's the best way to describe this vaction condo. We had a great time staying here and would recommend it to anyone looking for a family vaction or couples looking to get away. The condo was very comfortable and decorated very tastefully. The views from the very large deck are awesome. Every room had it's own ocean view and entrance to the deck outside. The pool at Las Palomas is great and the beach was even better. Thanks again we had a great time and it was hard to leave. After speaking to many people at the resort, I told them about VRBO and this rental specifically.

CHANGE & CANCELLATION POLICY:

- Contact the owner for a change or cancellation.

- Las Palomas' policy is no reservation changes allowed within 10 days of your arrival day.

- Confirmed reservations which are cancelled at least 10 calendar days prior to your check-in data will result in $150

cancellation fee.

PAYMENTS will be made directly to Las Palomas.

- At the time of booking a reservation, we charge 50% of the total reservation cost.

- We will charge the remaining balance of the reservation cost 10 days prior to your check-in date.

Additional Fees and Taxes:

Stay 7 or more nights and receive one free weeknight.

7.9% fee includes taxes, HOA, & cleaning fees.
