Two-story cabin with deck over looking the Yachats River. Watch the ducks swim by and a winter waterfall across the river.
Open fire place, vaulted ceiling. Two cozy window seats for extra sleeping. Private loft bedroom with queen-size bed and separate bathroom. Short walk to the beach and Yachats. Fully furnished with linens, paper goods, cooking utensils and washer and dryer. Can sleep four adults plus children. Six people maximum.

Amazingly quiet, well stocked cottage. Walking distance to both the town and beaches. Best cabin in the Quiet Waters area.180 degree river view with nesting herons in the pine trees. Great wildlife viewing . Wonderful reading nooks and a really great design. Just what the Doctor ordered. Nice romantic getaway as well as family vacation spot. I would highly recommend this Cabin. We will return again and again for many years to come. lunasea is great for seafood.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

The perfect escape from stress. Close enough to walk to everything and far enough away for complete solitude. Great cabin feel with a lot of charm!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

I have been staying at the Cottage at River's Bend each year since 2006. It is a wonderful place to relax. The surrounding area is beautiful with the river a few feet away. There is an occasional deer to be seen in the surrounding area. The cottage is extremely clean and very comfortable. I have enjoyed relaxing on the deck with a good book and just listening to the river. The cottage is a short walk to the beach where one can walk and visit the tide pools. I thoroughly enjoy my stay at the cottage and look forward to my visit every year. The owners are wonderful people and very friendly. They always call the cottage at least once when I am there to check to see if everything is OK and that I am enjoying my stay. If you don't want to cook, which I don't, there is a great restaurant, the Blue Whale, which I go to with my friends who live in Yachats. The Adobe Inn has a wonderful restaurant for dinner with a great view of the ocean. My friends and I go there at least once during my visit.The Inn is about one mile from the cottage. Again, I highly recommend the Cottage at River's Bend if you want to relax and enjoy the beautiful surrounding area. I am already looking forward to returning to the cottage again new year.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
