Enjoy the ocean view while creating a light lunch or a feast in the fully equipped gourmet kitchen complete with granite countertops and the latest appliances. Kitchen items include blender, crockpot, electric mixer, toaster oven and plenty of barware and serving dishes for entertaining.
The master bedroom is furnished with the national geographic West Indies collection by Lane and includes a king sized black, distressed four poster bed, bachelors chest, comfortable shell chair and armoire with TV and DVD. The master bath dressing area has double marble vanity sinks and a walk-in closet. The separate bath area has a marble shower, jetted tub and a window shelf with a view of the gulf. Sliding glass doors open to the balcony with two oversized teak rocking chairs.
The second bedroom (the 'Mermaid Room') has a wall hanging of a mermaid made by a local artist over the queen sized bed. The room is furnished in beadboard pine with oversized nite tables and an armoire with TV and DVD. The shell and mermaid theme is continued in the adjoining bath.
The bunk room (third bedroom) has a cabinet housing the TV with drawers for storage, a folding chair, and bunks with a twin trundle pullout for extra kid space.
The main living/dining area has two full sized sofas, a reading chair with ottomon, a marble dining table with six chairs and five bar stools around the granite breakfast counter. The square coffee table has two slide under stools that are great for propping your feet or extra seating for little ones. One of the sofas is a queen extra comfort sleeper. Relax and enjoy the TV, a DVD, or the stereo. TV is equipped with a recorder for recording your favorite shows while you are on the beach or out to dinner. Wireless internet is included. Your access code will be given to you prior to your arrival. You can check your email or complete that undone work task. There is also an activity center off the main lobby with a computer, copier and fax. This is the perfect space to enjoy your vacation with lots of room for everyone!
If more space is needed, this condo unit can also be rented as a four bedroom three bath unit that sleeps 12, totaling 1986 sq. ft. The adjoining studio has a private balcony with rocking chairs and adds an additional king sized master bed, queen sized sofa bed, and bath with garden tub and separate shower, dressing area with double vanity, also small kitchenette with under the counter fridge, coffee brewer, microwave and toaster. The Boardwalk Beach Resort is located on the west end of Thomas Drive tucked between the Gulf of Mexico and Signal Hill Golf Course. The resort amenities include a 2500 sq ft zero entry pool, two hot tubs, a childrens pool area with interactive water sprays and fountains, fitness center, arcade and indoor activity center. The Tiki bar is open daily for drinks and snacks or light meals. Enjoy live music in the season Thursday thru Sunday evenings. Reserve now for your next get-a-way. My husband and I have enjoyed this beautiful resort and condominium several different times. The owners of this condo, Carole and Jim, have thought of everything to make your vacation totally enjoyable. The kitchen is perfect for those who love to cook. It is very large with all top quality appliances and well stocked with everything you need from china, to pots and pans and utensils. The decor of the condo is absolutely beautiful and very professional. Everything is fresh and new. The view is unbelievable. We enjoyed the Gulf, the pool and a great movie night on the beach. The Boardwalk Resort is like a staying in a top quality hotel. The work out room is well stocked with equipment. The condo is very spacious unlike many high rise condos, the floor plan is very well thought out and well suited for large families. Love the bunk room . . . precious escape for the kids. Looking forward to spending many more vacations down there at this beautiful condominium. Carole and Jim easy to get in touch with. They are a delightful couple and will do everything to help you make your vacation everything you want and more.

I loved the Boardwalk and the owner's nice, clean condo! Staying on the 3rd floor was a plus, for you are high enough to see the beach and yet not to high to enjoy watching your family at the pool when you are lounging on the big balcony. We also used the studio which was nice as well, and very private for anyone who decides to book it If you have any toddlers, they will love the kiddie section of the pool..lots of fun! I know my granddaughter spent most of her time there. Two chairs and an umbrella were provided by the owners and that was awesome not having to bring those items down to the beach. I would recommend my friends and family to book this property when they go to the beach, so you should too!!!

We have been coming to PCB for the last 26 years and as our family has grown, so has the need for a much larger room. We rented this unit along with the studio lock out room and had plenty of room for the whole family. The unit was very beautiful with updated furnishings and decor. Not only was the kitchen stocked with everything you could possibly need, but there were many other extra touches, such as the supply of books, beach chairs, games, and the pack and play. This unit truly surpassed all of our expectations. You can tell that this unit is treated like a second home. The owners were absolutely amazing and very easy to work with. The are very trust worthy and easy to reach when needed. We loved everything about the room and the resort. All of our kids were very upset when we left and had to give "our home" back to the "other people". It felt like our home away from home, and we will deffinitely be back next year.

Excellent Condo clean and with good furnishings, utensils, dishes and cookware. Excellent wireless computer service. Great restaurants in the area and shopping at Pier Park. Grocery shopping within walking distance. The owners are great people that we have rented from the past two years and intend to continue for many more years.

This may seem unbelievable but it's true. Why would one do an Ironman race? (swim 3.8k, bike 180k, run 42k). The answer is that this condo is so beautiful that staying at Jim and Carole's condo for one week ea November is a good enough reason to sign up for the race ea year. We have stayed 3 times at the condo. Each time it is in immaculate shape; clean and bright with great furnishings and a well stocked kitchen. The condo overlooks the fantastic white sand of Panama City beach and is as far as I can tell the nicest condo in the area. Not surprisingly we coming down to the condo this fall for our fourth visit. It's also the perfect place to rest up and kick back after an Ironman race.

These accommodations are truly a great vacation home away from home! The amenities are like being at home......no need to "drag" crock pot, serving dishes, cookware to this well-kept and maintained condo. Everything you need (except a live-in maid/chef) is in this lovely condo. My husband and I thoroughly enjoy staying at this condo and the view is truly remarkable! Watching the sun set from the balcony is a very special treat! And what really makes renting this condo a treat is there is room for all my grandchildren and their parents. Everyone has their own space. We plan to visit PCB and rent this condo at least twice a year.

My family and I stayed in this gorgeous condo for four days during the week of July 24th, 2010. We were already in the area on vacation and wanted to extend our trip and the owner was great with accomodating us with just a days notice! The moment we walked into the unit we felt right at home and were amazed how pretty it was and how much room there was! We were traveling with five boys ages 16-23 and having the separate lock-out worked out perfect for our group with everyone having their own space! The bathrooms are amazing and it is so nice to have a large walk-in shower after a day on the beach! Boardwalk is a beautiful resort and we loved the pool area, the bar and our boys used the work out room each morning! The only negative I can state is that the resort starts playing piped in music at 8:30 am and being on the third floor you can hear the music in the morning...it did not bother us at all being we were up early ready to hit the beach but if you are a light sleeper and want to sleep in, it might be an issue. I cannot say enough about the owners...very gracious and after talking a few times felt very comfortable communicating back and forth! We would LOVE to stay here again and highly reccommend!
