The master bath dressing area has double marble vanity sinks and a walk-in closet. The separate bath area has a marble shower, jetted tub and a window shelf with a view of the gulf. Sliding glass doors open to the balcony with two oversized teak rocking chairs.
The second bedroom (the 'Mermaid Room') has a wall hanging of a mermaid made by a local artist over the queen sized bed. The room is furnished in beadboard pine with oversized nite tables and an armoire with TV and DVD. The shell and mermaid theme is continued in the adjoining bath.
The bunk room (third bedroom) has a cabinet housing the TV with drawers for storage, a folding chair, and bunks with a twin trundle pullout for extra kid space.
The main living/dining area has two full sized sofas, a reading chair with ottomon, a marble dining table with six chairs and five bar stools around the granite breakfast counter. The square coffee table has four under the table stools that are great for propping your feet or extra seating for little ones. One of the sofas is a queen extra comfort sleeper. Relax and enjoy the TV, a DVD, or the stereo. Wireless internet access is available through WiFi. You can check your email or complete that undone work task. There is also an activity center off the main lobby with a computer, copier, fax and even your daily morning paper. This is the perfect space to enjoy your vacation with plenty of room for everyone!
If more space is needed, this condo unit can also be rented as a four bedroom three bath unit that sleeps 12, totaling 1986 sq. ft. The adjoining studio has a private balcony with rocking chairs and adds an additional king sized master bed, queen sized sofa bed, and bath with garden tub and separate shower, dressing area with double vanity, also small kitchenette with under the counter fridge, coffee brewer, microwave and toaster. The Boardwalk Beach Resort is located on the west end of Thomas Drive tucked between the Gulf of Mexico and Signal Hill Golf Course. The resort amenities include a 2500 sq ft zero entry pool, two hot tubs, a childrens pool area with interactive water sprays and fountains, fitness center, arcade and indoor activity center. The Tiki bar is open daily for drinks and snacks or light meals. Enjoy live music in the season Thursday thru Sunday evenings. Reserve now for your next get-a-way.
